We made another visit to Panera to try for a better experience. The experience was as bad the last. We ordered the Chipotle chicken, egg and avocado wrap. They were out of avocados. Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and cream cheese instead. My wife also ordered a chocolate croissant. I repeated the croissant order to the counter person. I ordered a sausage, egg over medium and cheese on brioche. I had to repeat the order several times and point out to her it was the fourth item on the breakfast sandwich menu. After looking dumbfounded for a couple of minutes, she found it on her order board. While waiting for our order, I over heard a lot of disgruntled people waiting and when they got their order, it was not correct. After waiting almost 30 minutes, the board showed the order was ready. No one called out the order was ready as they had done for other orders. I went up to the counter to get the order. The only item in the to go bag (this was a dine in order) was the brioche sandwich. I asked about the bagel. I was told that I had to get it from the bakery. I went to the bakery and told the person I needed to get the bagel and croissant. I showed her the receipt. She said she would get the bagel, but there was no croissant on the order. I got the bagel and forgot the croissant. The egg was cooked slow enough that the bottom of the yolk had harden to the consistency and color of a boiled egg. The egg was cooked long enough that the white was crispy. It crunched as I bit into it. I pray that you have a better experience if you decide to take a chance at this Panera.
Went for Sunday brunch with our grandson and his girl friend. Order the new sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago bagel. Was told they were out of sausage. Tried the new Chipotle chicken, scrambled egg and avocado on Ciabatta. Was disappointed. The chicken had no Chipotle flavor. We ordered a four cheese souffle and told they were old. Ordered a spinach and artichoke souffle. Waiting for our order, I noticed that the 3 sandwiches were sitting on the counter getting cold. I went up to the counter and asked if they were ours. They said yes, but the souffle was not there. I waited for it to be added. The person looked at me and asked if I was waiting on something else. I said I was waiting for the souffle. She said they out of them and they shouldn't have sold me one. I asked about something to replace it. She said they could make something else, or refund us. I said the person needed something to eat for breakfast. She said what do you want? We ordered a plain bagel and egg white and cheese. They never offered to refund...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot that any reads these or care. I ordered the new Smokey buffalo chicken melt. MAYBE 3 ounces of chicken on the entire sandwich. Barely any onions or sauce. So freaking dry. Was horrible. Panera should be ashamed to sell a sandwich like this. Usually everything is so good. This was awful. Would have been good if there was anything on it, basically just chewy bread. Soooo disappointing....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo disappointed, I come in here often. I have two service dogs because I am a disable veteran. And my dogs are in a stroller. One is diabetic trained for my sugar and the other is for my PTSD from two terms for this country. A homeless walks up as i am getting my drinks with my back turned always from my service animals šā𦺠and she proceeds to speak to them and make them alert me that danger is near by and a gentleman walks up after I just spent $30 on food to take out and tells me that I need to leave! I am then very embarrassed and emotional and respectful and leave as he proceeds to tell me that I can not be inside Panera with my service animals. As Iām leaving the boy who took my order said āI am sorry, the manager is cracking down and trying to get good reviews so we can get bonus Christmas checksā well I wonāt be coming back here. I am so ashamed. I come in here all the time with my service animals and sit and eat and never had this kind of experience. And today in front of a bunch of people during the lunch period I am refused service and asked to leave. And this is what I sacrificed my life for. Itās a shame. Iāll go to Panera...
