Patron Event Center — Attraction in Goodlettsville

I’m surprise people still book events at this place because this was a bad experience I ever had with an event center. The lady was so rude and had no type of patient with one another. We had a family event that requires rehearsals for a tradition that we normally do for this certain type of event and something we perform the day of the event and at first she said we had permission to rehearse on Thursday and Friday but at the last minute she said we can’t until Friday and we had to beg her to let us practice Thursday. And Friday we couldn’t really rehearse since we had to decorate the place and haul things in there so we would be in the way the whole time. Thursday was a prefect day to rehearse, but after begging something already agreed too she finally came to her sense but she put a strict time limit on us. The day we have to decorate on Friday she was not happy and was really pushy about it , also she was having an attitude the whole time we was there. Wish I could give this place zero stars. The owner, specifically the lady. Not someone you would want to do business with. She paints such a nice picture initially and then turns out to be a nightmare. With the amount of money they charge to rent this place they should be more considerate and friendly instead of being rude and hostile. The lady had the audacity to put 3 tip jars at the bar at a family event!!! The drinks were very weak. She also had the audacity to charge for trash bags. Even though we only took 2-3 of them and charged us for half the box. It was very funny how she looked up on google how much the box cost.. RIDICULOUS! Please stay away from this place and...

Had my wedding August 31, 2024 with 300+ guests and hands down Wendy the owner was on top of it! She was very kind and allowed me and my family to go two days before my event to decorate the space. DRINKS Were definitely fire ! With 450 margaritas served you can definitely get the picture. My guests loved the Chamoy y Tajín rims and didn’t hold back on drinking them.
