fDISRESPECTFUL & Delivered WRONG product. And will NOT HONOR agreements. We spent over $8,000 at this place. We bought a couch set, breakfast dining set, a reclining sectional, and an accent chair. We did business with a man I believe named Mr. Nadir, which by the way was very pleasurable and professional to work with. He was a good salesman and tried to make us happy customers. He had recommended us an accent chair that was unavailable to see in the gallery and told us to trust him and if we don’t like the color we can return it, on his honor he swore. We were told that products bought would be delivered and assembled by professional delivery men. However, they were not the delivery people were very unprofessional and wreckless. They scraped the furniture against the walls, dropped it multiple times, and then one of the men sat and played with our recliner buttons for 15 minutes while the other man was assembling it. It turned out that they had forgotten the accent chair and said they would bring it the next day and tell us when they were coming. But, next day they just left it outside the door while it was raining and the package was very wet and they did not assemble it. Turned out they had delivered the wrong color. We had to assemble it ourself. The legs turned out to be missing the screw in stands things or whatever they are called pieces that ensure that the sharp corner is not sitting on the floor. Currently the chair is digs and scratches the floor when someone sits in it and it is obvious that something needs to be screwed in the holes. My father, brother, and I all went to the store at separate times to ask about this. Mr. Nadir acknowledged our concern, admitted we were delivered the wrong chair on record, and told us to come back another time and he will have those pieces ready. After a few times of going to the store, we were dismissed. My father went back one last time and he talked with the bitter old man with a mustache. At that point the man disregarded my father and refuses to honor what Nadir had promised, despite being delivered the wrong color. While my father was talking the old man turned around and gave him the cold shoulder and told him to go to Home Depot to get the missing pieces. He also said Nadir no longer works there. Essentially telling my father to go F**k himself. This kind of disrespect is not acceptable, especially after we were delivered the wrong product and they refused to honor our agreement. How much money does someone need to pay to get respect in this establishment? $100 k? A million? My father did not spend all his hard earned money to be disrespected and disregarded like that for our valid concern. He does not deserve to be treated like a nuisance and a pest for trying to get this store to deliver a whole product and the right product. We had waited weeks to resolve this issue but they disregarded it until they eventually sent us Rubber furniture pads in the mail to compensate their faulty product, which is just not acceptable because there is no way that chair should be on rubber pads. This solution is unacceptable and my father reached out to corporate on Facebook and the owner of the chain called him and told him he would call him back after a few days but it’s been a week and he still has not heard back and our issue is not resolved. Owner also mentioned that Nadir still works there, so old man lied to my father. We are currently in contact with the Tennessee Federal Trade Commission FTC to report this business for delivering the wrong product. Despite all the disrespect and dispute, this business delivered the wrong color, an orange chair instead of mocha brown, and refused to honor the agreement the salesman made, so we are within our rights to report them for FRAUD. If you want to have similar issues like this then shop from this store. It is sad because we were prepared to spend more money in this store for bedrooms and dining table sets and we got unlucky to figure out how bad they are. Please go shop at a different...
Read moreThey will take your money and not deliver product. I went in and ordered a bed a month before moving into new home. Called the week of scheduled delivery to confirm and everything was fine for a Saturday delivery between 10-12, they called and said trouble with truck they would be about an hour late, they finally arrived at 5:45 pm with no communication. They took the bed out to set up and found that the bottom panel was damaged, according to management they could have put bed up and replaced the damaged piece but the delivery guys were not compliant. They left and promised to return with new bed on Wednesday morning. I called Wednesday to confirm, store management guaranteed I was first delivery, well he called moments later to say “we actually don’t have the black one you ordered, but I have a grey one” we had waited so long I decided to accept the grey one, he said great they are on their way. An hour or so later the “head delivery man” called and advised that they don’t have the bed at all! I called the store and he replied “I’m just going to refund your money it’s been too many problems with the delivery” it had now been 6 weeks, I used their finance company and had been having payments auto deducted. The finance company advised the store needed to reach out to confirm. A week had gone by with no response from the store until I took an additional trip there yesterday for the manager to say “we needed your debit card to process refund” no call, email, or anything. They absolutely do not care about customer service especially when it comes to black people. Black people please spend your money somewhere else- go to the finance company website they will show you all the stores...
Read moreI ordered furniture on March 27th 2021, and was told 5 to 8 weeks. I was totally okay with that, since what I ordered very well matched what I did pick up that day. Well... I didn't end up getting my table set until September. They do have some interesting stuff, but I wouldn't advise special ordering. The delivery staff was also pretty rude. The first time they called me and told me they would be there that day, and I never heard back from them. The second time, a couple days later, I waited until the end of the business day around 5:00 or 6:00 before I decided to leave and have myself an evening. I was only a few minutes down the road when I got a call from them saying they were arriving, so I told them where my building was and said I would be there in just a moment to let them in. Without asking if it was okay, they left my hundred pound plus package leaned up against my door. They were idling in the parking lot and when I asked them if they could carry it downstairs for me, I got some careless hesitation. One of the guys shook his head no, like he wasn't going to help the other one, and I ended up having to help one of the two delivery drivers carry it down into my home, while the other one sat on his phone I guess. For having spent over $1,000, this was definitely one of the most careless and disappointing customer service...
