I had an unpleasant experience at this location recently. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two plate meals. The employee didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else, such as drinks or additional items, which is standard courtesy.
When I got to the window and asked to add a sweet tea to my order, the manager, Nareem, displayed poor customer service. Instead of simply accommodating my request, he acted rudely and said I’d need to drive around again. This made no sense since I was already at the window and ready to pay.
It’s disappointing when employees, especially managers, lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Customer service is key in the food industry, and this experience fell far below expectations.

I called the restaurant for a refund since I ordered through them, but the kid on the phone said they couldn’t give me a refund because he’d already given the food to the driver. I tried to tel them I paid thru the PE website but he kept talking over me and being rude. I tried to tell him to let me talk but when I did he just started raising his voice about how I was the one talking over him and how I was the one being rude. We were told "No not at all". We then asked if the food was discounted. The short answer could have easily been no. Instead, we were told "that if we didn't like it, then don't get it". Shocked by the rude response, we proceeded to engage the manager. He quickly cut us off and informed us that we could leave or go somewhere else. I asked if this is how Panda Express does business?
