Lion's Head Village contains several places I and my family enjoy like Dalt's, Sushi Train, Target and Panera, we particularly look forward to a relaxing meal at Panera.
The menu selection at Dalts and Panera are deep and wide. Dalts has a wonderful Sunday brunch that will satisfy your hunger for a full breakfast along with enough to carry you through to the afternoon. It doesn't matter what you choose from their menu-- it is totally delicious.
For a great value and an entertaining menu choices as they glide past your table, Sushi Train is hard to beat. The sushi is fresh and well prepared and there seems to be an un-ending supply of great and tasty choices. And don't forget Sonobana-- the Japanese restaurant and market. This little sit down place will immerse you in what I can only imagine is like a Japanese meat and three. You get the full experience complete with tea and chopsticks!
One of our favorite places is Panera, where you can have a very hearty and healthy meal or "just a salad" either of which will fill all your hungry places. We love that we can get fresh and well prepare meals here. There seems to be a never ending selection in their baked goods. Myself, well I am partial to their French baguettes; no, lets see-- I think it's the toasted cinnamon bagel, or was it the blueberry scones?
Then there is Chipotle. When your are in the mood for a burrito, it's almost impossible to find better food choices than what's on offer, and talk about fast-- you get the anticipation of seeing your meal made fresh...
Read moreI like Trader Joe's, they have good salad options, my kids love their yogurt and I love their peanut butter cups and Australian red licorice. Only complaints I have is the store is small, would love more space to shop (on top of it being crowded with other patrons, their workers were all over the store stocking stuff right in the way of everything I needed to get to). The other complaint would be that they got rid of their Pad Thai boxes, they used to have a blue, red and a green box of different pad thais that didn't need to refrigerated. They were great for quick lunches. Not sure why they got...
Read moreI adore the food at trader Joe's. You can get easy to prepare gourmet meals for two that seem home cooked. I also take home a bouquet of their beautiful flowers every week. The prices are right, too! The only negative about this location is how crowded it can be on the weekends... So be choosy about when you shop and avoid the crowds. Saturday morning is better than Sunday afternoon. Weekdays are...
