I am a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer. I am disappointed because it seems like the manager is nice and fair; however, I have not met or spoken with the owner especially since I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I found out that it has a bad transmission. I am dissatisfied because I believe I was deceived and manipulated that this vehicle did not have any major trouble especially having a bad transmission. I went back to West End Motors Inc. on Charlotte Ave. to speak with the manager and he said I had to reach out to the owner only by email from the email address on their business card. So I emailed a letter to the owner and I also hand delivered a letter to the dealership to be given to the owner and it has been seven business days and I have not received a response. All I am trying to do is speak to the owner so that we may work out a resolution to this matter. There advertisement online mentions that they will help customers get behind a newer, reliable, quality used vehicle. That is what I am seeking and asking for and I thought that is what I had purchased from West End Motors Inc. a newer, reliable, quality used vehicle and not a vehicle that has a bad transmission. I am going to write a second letter to try to reach out again to communicate with the owner to work through a solution to this problem.    Read moreAt first the car experience started off rocky, when I first purchased the vehicle I had to purchase rotors and brakes pads and have the company fix the brake lights. I also had issues with receiving my plates for the vehicle. They mentioned once I paid off the taxes that I would receive it however it took them almost 2 weeks to get me another temp plate and I was told to drive on expire tags. After that there was no issues until recently 6 months after the fact when I believe his name is Sam went out the country, the other employees whom I never met took my money for my payment and turned around stating that I need full coverage insurance per the agreement but within it states I need comprehensive coverage. This car lot is so greedy when it comes to money, they donât care how it affects the buyer. There are very rude and unprofessional I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM or you will deeply regret it. They need to learn the proper way to handle business and proper way...
   Read moreWest End Motors I haves at it was a excellent experience. This dealership is primarily affordable used cash vehicles. I purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang from them as a second car. The car runs great. From time to time sensors go bad andi had a evaporator sensor to go off. Not to mention I bought this car « as is. « Dinoh and Ammed never said as is and Inwould need to pay. They took ownership of the issue and thoroughly checked the car and fixed the problem at no cost to me. I have been in customer service for many years. And I told them I usually do not buy used cars from nothing but a new car store. But in this case I would absolutely buy a car from West End Motors again. They treated me as I was almost family and wanted to make sure I was happy. And the car is now In perfect condition and I am extremely happy with their customer service.
