An Absolute Gem for Tea and Spice Lovers
My wife and I visited Suraj for a day date on our anniversary. I’m a tea lover, and she’s always curious about new spices, so we thought we’d casually browse and maybe pick up a new item or two. What actually happened was two hours of pure joy, deep conversation, and an unforgettable experience with the owner.
She was an absolute wealth of knowledge, answering every question we’ve ever had about tea, spices, and their origins. On top of that, she was witty, engaging, and full of personality, making the experience even more special. She encouraged us to indulge in all the wonderful aromas while explaining the nuances of different varieties with passion and patience.
By the time we left, we were carrying multiple bags filled with new delicacies and an overwhelming sense of gratitude. You could get flavored sugar or hot cocoa mix, but keep the curry kit for yourself. Do what you want....

I asked about a tea that isn’t commonly found in grocery stores and she actually had a small quantity available for me to have steeped right there and to purchase by the ounce. I’m so glad I stopped in and will certainly be back next time I’m in the...
