When this place barely opened it was super. Excellent customer friendly service. Quick and warm welcome to all customers. As time goes by is now losing all those details that end making it your favorite spot to get your drink. Employees are now getting inattentive, no more greeting, welcome or thank you. Some of them act as if they get bothered when you ask them for something and drag their feet to get your order. They do not have a well structured pick up your order if you placed over the app, but you still got to wait for all the customers already waiting in line for their turn to order, therefore it defeats the whole purpose of a customer to order through the app cause you still have to wait a long time. They have no napkins at the counter or ask if you need some. I got the raspberry macaron and the rejuvenate fresh squeeze juice which has apple beet carrot cucumber and ginger. The macaron was so delicious! I will definitely get me a box next time, the rejuvenate juice was good, needed more ginger in my opinion. I felt that the size for the price was not as good as other 16oz juices at other juice places but still not too bad.my only other complaint would be the plastic envelope they use to place the macarons in. Please find a more environmentally friendly alternative. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and we simply asked the cashier if she knew how many carbs were in a food item. She replied with just a "no." Then when we explained why we wanted to know, she gave a lot of attitude and said, "it doesn't say on the screen" then proceeded to talk around us to the next customer in line. No apology, no willingness to help, not even an excuse me to help the next customer. We love literally a block away and are very sad to have this level of customer service from a place nearby. But we'll gladly travel further away to get better...
