hey there guys I always love subway and all of its location and its staff except for this staff in the morning of subway sweetwater location in national city 91950 i dont know if she is Mexican or American or Half Mexican Half American as of 12:54 pm 3/23/18. The other lady which i know is Mexican and small height like me is really nice but the other one her partner that i forgot to get her name that is about 5'5 inches in height. She can speaks clearly with a loud tone so i cam wxactly hear what she is saying even if I am not talking to her , I talked to the nice lady instead but she kept on answering rudely and make it as reverse psychology way . Here is my conversation with the nice lady but the other rude lady keep on entering the conversation. Me: Can I order this sandwich with all politeness Thank you Pls and May I to be exact. Nice lady : she assisted me well until she did another sandwich for another customer which is really nice and really ok for me Rude lady: she keep on asking wht my order is , my order was already there amd was assisted.by the nice ldy. she keep on murmuring i am asking you what sandwich 6 inches or footlong you said no while order was already prepared as 6 inch.. Then everything went ok when the nice lady assisted me again. But when its time for me to use the restroom I saw the bowl was covered so before using it I asked the nice lady first . But before the nice lady answer she answered first and keep on questioning me why did i asked if ita out order , I told her i didnt use it first i just saw it covered so beforw I use It i wanna make sure if its working or not you know what never mind we will just leave. she keeps on asking and insistimg how did you find its out of order so I told her that i didnt say its out of order I just asked only why the bowl is covered and not even using it. Well i hope the manager can read my post so she can teach that lady a proper way of customer service. We are avid fan and loyal customer or subway since staff are really nice mostly Filipinos except that one lady rude lady , even mexicans and american staff they are all nice. Hope that this lady will keep subway with proper customer skills.How she handle from nice customer to rude customer.    Read moreWorst subway I have ever been to. The girl wouldnât let me choose my bread or my toppings. I put in the instructions on the app that I would be walking in to add my toppings. I walked in and paid for my order through the app and showed the girl and she verified she received my order. She proceeds to choose my bread and toppings for me without ever asking me what I want and then when I asked for some of the free toppings she said I wasnât allowed to get certain free toppings without paying extra. We argued back and forth because she doesnât understand English and that spinachâs green peppers and basic toppings are free of charge. I asked to speak with a manager and she lied saying there was none yet called the manager on her phone who told her to make the sub the way I wanted. She gave the customer behind me service and allowed him to get whatever toppings he wanted and stopped making my order⊠and rang him up even though I was there first. So I wasted 20 minutes waiting for my paid for food because she wouldnât finish making my sandwhich after I already paid for it because she wouldnât make the sub with the basic topics that are free I was requesting.    Read moreCome on Jose wake up, you're moving way too slow. And put a smile on. And even the little girl didn't help speed things up. She cashed for a few minutes then disappeared to the back. Mind you I had my daughter with me that is 4 years old waiting. And when it was almost my turn my daughter had to use the restroom, and they didn't have toilet paper or toilet covers. They had to call the manager to bring some. And Even after making me wait 40 minutes these guys still charge me for two meals instead of trying to make things better. I am extremely disappointed in how this location is being run. You all need to get retrained in customer service or you guys need to polish up your resumes. I'm going to be sending this...
