If I could leave zero stars I would.
This place made us promise after promise with no follow through.
My boyfriend and I recently moved to San Diego and purchased a few items for our home from Mor. Our salesman was wonderful and we were happy with our purchases, which we paid for up front in full. We picked one bed at first but it was on back order for over a month so we went with out second choice which we were told could be delivered the next week.
Cut to the delivery day. Our driver shows up and informs us that pieces are missing from our bed and they will be unable to deliver it today. Annoying but alright, accidents happen. They reschedule delivery for two days later.
Then the real problems begin. We pay my boyfriend’s brother to come to our house to wait for the delivery as we both work over 50 hours a week. The delivery driver calls my boyfriend while he is at work to inform him that now a different piece is missing from the delivery.
We have learned over the course of our time with Mor that they absolutely do not care about giving you your complete delivery on time. We now call, email, everything. Customer service is dismissive at best and hostile at worst. They reschedule delivery AGAIN for 5 more days, in total 7 days after our original promised delivery date. At this point we have been sleeping on an air mattress for weeks.
When our final delivery date arrives, the drivers show up and lo and behold, the wrong parts have arrived.
This company obviously does not care about professionalism or integrity. We have received no ETA for the correct slats. Everywhere we turn there are more excuses. I have never felt more like I have wasted my time and money for something so simple. This could have been easily solved by a competent inspection of orders and their parts on a truck. I’m livid!!! This experience has turned into a complete nightmare! Went to shop for furniture over two weeks ago and the delivery service turned out to be trash. It doesn’t make sense for someone to come to your place to try to make a delivery over 5/6 times and still couldn’t get it right. Not to mention that one of your drivers lied saying he knocked on the door and never did. The camera picked everything up. I had to drive all the way to the store 2 different times to talk with the workers and manager still no resolution. Whoever works in the WAREHOUSE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! The communication has been bad and back and forth dealing with this. Why would you put someone through all of this for a simple piece of furniture that y'all couldn’t even get right!!! Sent the drivers out several times and STILL ENDED UP WITH THE WRONG PIECE TO REPLACE IT!!! I’m military and have to move to a different location and wanted the piece as a set, but instead this company rather NOT REPLACE THE PIECE IN A TIMELY MATTER NOR PROVIDE A DISCOUNT FOR THE DAMAGE PIECE FOR ME TO KEEP. Instead they want to pick it up and refund the money which is crazy to me. You would want your customers happy. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER STORE WITH MOR ON IT IF I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. Brought the furniture on 3/7 and up to now back and forth this company been sending the wrong piece but now 3/28 you come pick it up because you where too LAZY TO GET IT RIGHT!!! Never had to go through so much for some furniture.
