Pizza Hut — Restaurant in National City

Order online 2 large pizzas and an order of wings, got home and found out i was short 2 wings, i called and talked to "cintia" the manager and expected to get credit for the mistake for next purchase like they did before like a whole pizza or the whole order of wings for the inconvinience,instead she offered me the 2 wings only wich in my opinion is not enougth due to the time and gas money to comeback, The situation does not sound that bad exept that when i called from home all i got was attitude and even before i could explain how was the order wrong she cut me off and said "i took that order nothing was wrong", then i said yes i got the 2 pizzas and the wings but i am 2 wings short then she did not said let me put you on hold l or nothing, she left and i could hear her saying to someone else that i was liying, at this point i am upset becuse of she thinking i was liying and the option she gave me. Then i asked to get a better option like the whole order of wings like they did before then she replied "that was before this is now". Then i tried to explain to her why she should do better and i asked her have you ever got home after buying fast food to find out they messed up your order and she replied " that has never happend to me i check my order before i leave". Also she was not trying to listen, she kept triying to cut me off repeating my 2 options and when i asked for her last name(wich ok i understand maybe that is too much she said "do yo want my social security too?" I really think she could of have done better and not been so blunt and rude after all she is a manager and was not empathetic of the situation and yes is only 2 wings but is the principal of things and the how professional you perform in any job. Came to order 2 large pizzas. I asked if there was an offer available for what I wanted. Cynthia was my cashier - she is tan lady fairly large in body size. Her customer service was horrible. I ended up paying like $28.50 for two large ONE topping pizzas and the offer was better deal. The offer was large THREE topping pizzas plus breadsticks for $28.99. I ended up paying the same for two large one topping pizzas with NO breadsticks. I came back in and told a second blond older employee the sitiuation. SHE LITERALLY DIDNT CARE AT ALL. Mind you, this was my first time going there and I was actually excited to get and enjoy a pizza at home. The blond employee said - we dont have breadsticks anymore so we cannot validate the offer for you. After I ordered, there were still customers coming out with breadsticks. If they had told me about the offer, I would have ordered the offer as well. They didnt tell me though. I said - could you give bone out wings to make up for what happened since I have the one topping pizzas - she said No. SHE DIDNT CARE AT ALL. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A WHILE. IM HONESTLY SO DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACED AND I HAVE NEVER TREATED A PERSON LIKE THEY TREATED ME. We don't know if this is a corporate company decision or a decision each store makes individually but we weren't happy with our last take-out order when we requested for to-go packets of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. Upon request, we were told by the staff that they're now $0.10 per packet... Really? That would be like a hamburger restaurant charging extra for ketchup, mustard, relish, and/or mayonnaise; or a taco shop charging for salsa, jalapeños, or red/green hot sauce; or a coffee shop charging for packets of powdered cream, sugar/sweetener. I can't really see the reasoning for the unnecessary up charges which restaurants are imposing lately. When is it going to stop? Will they start charging me for ice next when I order a soda or iced tea? "Sir, ice is now an extra $0.20 or your soda will only be served chilled ice-less." Pizza Hut isn't the only corporate chain pizza restaurant in town and there are options. The sad things is we actually like their pizza and this location is very close to us. We hope that corporate Pizza Hut or the management staff at this location, whomever is responsible for this change of charging condiments will reverse this as its enough to go with Pizza Hut alternatives based on...
