From our experience at Stockmans being very poor. We came back to the Edgewater for our typical gambling experience like we do each week. Thankfully we won a lot of money so spending a few bucks at PT’s wasn’t a huge problem. Even though I wanted to ask for our money back. This review is based on Quality of the food and the absolute horrible service we endured. First and foremost as we were taking our order low and behold the snotty brat manager from downstairs at Stockmans was behind the register. Go figure! Anyway she just rolls her eyes at us and says what can I get you. So strange as to why we feel targeted for some reason. We placed our order for a pepperoni pizza and wings to go. But we ended up staying there to eat it. Anyway as our name was called to get our food. The gentleman Michael Fox the PT’s manager I assume. That’s what his shirt said although. Went to get the food and he walked away from us. I asked if I could get some plates and ranch for our wings. He looks back at us annoyed or something. Says yeah what did you say, I replied and said yes could we get some plates and ranch. He sighs as if it’s an issue to get simple plates and a thing of ranch. We ended up sitting down and trying the food and happened to look up and see him staring at us smiling. What a weirdo! I felt like he did something to our food and was waiting for us to eat it. To be honest the pizza was so moist and very floppy and super greasy. The wings were the worst slimy and very undercooked. If I’m not mistaken if you have undercooked wings or even chicken that can make someone very sick. So him smiling at us seemed creepy to top it all off. We have been epic players for a very long time, I’m starting to think if this is it for us and using our business elsewhere. We through the food out and just walked out of Edgewater, yet to never return here. So yeah we are done and we will never be back and we will let our other friends and family to steer clear...

Tom/ Front Desk was very professional, Justin/ bell desk great, Valet employees quick, Nathan/housekeeping dept promptly brought more coffee condiments fast. Capriotti's sandwiches were terrific beats Subway and Wildstyle Burgers/Nathan HOTDOGS the best. Connie/Sheila in the cashier cage had great personalities. Jeri in the mini store always made our day great worker. Coco's need to be replaced coffee shop cause it's 24/7 open everyday but we wanted breakfast the first night 12/2/18 it was completely closed, not happy. It wasn't Edgewater'fault the restaurant is separate. Our rooms were clean, housekeeping made sure we had clean towels/sheets and shower had hot water and clean. If needed extra coffee/condiments/bottle water it was delivered ASAP. Maint person/Ted was quick and professional. In-An-OUT was a quick walk away from property. Yes there were some minor problems but the Edgewater overall even with it's age cause my wife and I stayed here about 40 yrs.ago these minor problems were here even then. Read moreNot a positive experience! It took over 30 minutes for an easy quick order (sub sandwich and a slice of pre-made pizza). There are ere a couple larger orders before and after ours, so I understood it may take more than a couple of minutes. After 25 minutes and watching many rady orders called, some of which were well after our order, I approached the counter and asked the cook about my order, she went through her tickets and couldn't find ours. She handed it to the manager and returned to the kitchen. I waived to the counter/supervisor and said we've been waiting 30 minutes and she barked a response "I checked the ticket and it's only been 20 minute," I looked at the time on my ticket and advised her it was over 25 minutes. I stood at the counter and after 32 minutes I got my order. I calmly said to the counter/supervisor that they had obviously lost my order and it would be far better to just admit they lost or misplaced our order than to get rude with me/us. She (counter/supervisor) completely ignored me and walked away. The food was so so and the service experience was awful.
