Leslie, my stylist, deserves special mention. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also exudes kindness and care towards her clients. Her extensive training, experience, and undeniable talent shine through in every aspect of her work. What sets Leslie apart is her meticulous attention to detail; she considers everything from cut techniques to texture, color, face shape, and even personal concerns of the customer.

I have a really hard time finding and trusting a stylist with my hair, but I was desperate for a trim when I remembered this salon I was told about by a friend who works in the spa there. Right from the start they were all really nice, and were able to get me in earlier than thought. This salon is a lot more personal, too, and it might take a little getting used to..at least for me. I don't mean that in a bad way-more of a, you get a neck and shoulder massage before a haircut, and while you're at the shampoo bowl, you get a hand and arm massage. I've never been to a salon that's done either of those things, so it was nice, but very new. If you come here, just relax. It's worth it. And open up to your stylist. Alexis is my stylist and understood everything I was explaining to her about my hair. Every need was met AND they carry Aveda which is nice (but can be on the pricier side.) I'm excited to try them out particularly because the shampoo and conditioner I bought is made to enhance reds and dark hair. I plan on keeping Alexis as my stylist from here on out and will most likely lose the anxiety of going in a salon because it's always, 'a new stylist.' Jennifer is amazing! She truly knows how to make someone feel as if they matter, not just a source of revenue. The first time i contacted this salon 9 years ago i was at a very very low point. I had a horrible lash job and desperately needed them taken off. I couldn’t imagine going out in public ever again looking like that. I had already called 6 salons to have them removed, but none of them had an immediate opening. When I called j. Nicole they also told me there was no opening that day….que the crying. The girl on the other line asked me to wait, came back to the phone and told me the OWNER of the salon (Jennifer) will personally see me that day…..for free! I’ve been a guest there ever since! I won’t give business to anyone else.

Courtney does my hair and I swear she is a miracle worker. I love my cuts and colors every time. She does a great job of listening to figure out what you’re REALLY asking for.

Caitlyn has been taking care of me for waxing and facials for over 7 years. She makes you feel like you’re at home. Comfortable even during “delicate” waxing sessions. lol! She is very knowledgeable and welcoming.
