The Scenic Ohio River lies immediately at the base of the New Albany Riverfront and Amphitheatre Riverstage. It is a natural border of the State of Indiana and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Accordingly, this river area phenomenon provides for easy viewing of the neighboring city of Louisville, Kentucky, across the waterway.
Standing at this New Albany Riverfront Amphitheatre vantage point, one can easily practice amateur ( and or professional ) photographic skills to capture some amazing shots of Louisville and the Ohio, in addition to the local area wildlife.
This fun hobby is one I've recently been partaking in; here, particularly, and I am overjoyed by the accessibility for capturing the surrounding natural landscape beauty, and the impressive man-made structures of Louisville, Kentucky; respectively. My photographs are magnificent, albeit that they are pictures on an amateur level!
Conveniently, this river -- Ohio -- allows for being a beautiful backdrop to the city of New Albany's occasional arrangements to have special Amphitheater musical entertainment, too - especially during the summer months.
Moreover, the New Albany Riverfront location also provides for enjoying lovely nature sightseeing and for the participation in various sorts of recreational activities throughout the year. From cycling, to jogging, to boating, to fishing, etc.; the New Albany Riverfront is a perfect platform with which to venture from.
( I very much enjoy cycling all along the riverfront, beginning in the early springtime and well into late fall! )
Too, for the more meeker, and, or spiritual souls, this spot perfectly provides for enabling total relaxation within the glorious natural elements of the seasons at hand. This riverfront is a perfect arena for sitting and meditating, and for serenely contemplating the lovely world all around us.
To sum it up, both body and soul will be accentuated by all of these New Albany community: aspects; elements; characteristics; influences. And please allow me to add that this 'reach-for-the-stars' ambiance is truly conducive for overall self-betterment!
All in all, this nice place can facilitate whatever may strike your fancy at the time. And, as one who regularly engages in various activities around the New Albany Riverfront Amphitheatre; I highly recommend...
