Hostess’s were absolutely rude Saturday night when I arrived at 7pm. I was told they don’t have my order whatsoever and was snippy when I showed them the charges to my bank card and the confirmation from the restaurant. They got a manager that said the same thing and offered me a refund even though they haven’t received my order yet. Head manager finally said they have my order when I was leaving to go find another place to feed my family. When she told me it was being cooked. I ordered the food to be ready and picked up at 7:30pm. Food wasn’t ready till 7:50. My experience from here was nothing but a headache and frustration. I will never order or eat here after this experience. My S’more dessert was burnt as well. I bought breadsticks but that wasn’t in my order that I paid for. You world think paying over $80 dollars the food and service would be worth it. It was not as expected. I am pissed they charged me so much for food that was burnt and tasted burnt. And I didn’t get the breadsticks I paid for.
Came back a second time , absolutely waste of my time and energy. Will not be coming back. Ordered the food and I was told it would be ready at 6pm. I’ve been waiting here and they already helped over 6 different carry outs but keep telling me they have to make one...
Read moreI genuinely don’t leave bad reviews, and I can’t even speak to the food in this review, because we didn’t get that far. We walked in with a party of 11 after a day at the baseball field, and got an attitude as if they didn’t want us there from the start. We asked to sit on the (empty) patio as we wanted to enjoy the weather outside and we figured that would be best for the 4 kids we had with us. We were first told that we couldn’t sit outside there because we couldn’t push tables together - no problem for us as the patio is small and we could all sit at the tables as-is. We were then told they had to go “check with someone” to allow us to sit outside. Reluctantly, they seated us outside. After being seated by the hostess and getting our menus another employee came out to tell us that we had to move so that we were all sitting directly beside each other. The attitudes were bizarre and super unwelcoming. We decided at that point to end our visit. I will not ever beg someone to patronize their establishment, and I felt as that was what we were doing from the time we entered the building. Thankfully we found another small, local venue that welcomed us immediately. The food may or may not be excellent - I’ll never know. The service; however, left a lot...
Read moreThe Bruschetta was very good, but unfortunately the service and attitude from the bartender deterred us from ordering more. It was a Wednesday afternoon around 3:15p. and our first time visiting Parlour since it took over the space from Wick’s. We were the only 2 people at the bar, besides someone who obviously knew the bartender, as Johnathan did nothing but ignore us and talk with this person. Mostly complaining about his job. Our gin and tonics did not taste like gin and tonics. They had a very sweet flavor and cloudy color, not indicative of tonic at all and no hint of gin. So, after patiently waiting longer than we should have with empty drinks, I walked down to the end of the bar where our oblivious bartender was to see if they had sugar free redbull. He proceeded to make us a vodka redbull instead. When serving it he told us there was “a little spit in it”. That’s a quote! I mean are you kidding me??? To save this disaster of a bartender from my husband’s New York mouth, I decided we needed to close it out and leave. We walked over to The Exchange to finish our meal, where the service is always above expected and food absolutely amazing, and comes out timely. Parlour could learn something about the service industry from...
