I requested a machine to be placed at my job months ago, they came out and set it up. It sold two drinks the first 20 minutes it was plugged in then died. They came out and worked on the machine numerous times and it would sell one drink and quit. When I called to get them to fix it the last time, no one showed up. That was over 2 months ago. Every time the service guys came out they wondered why that machine was put here knowing that rain gets in it and shorts it out. When the guy came to fill the machine he found a full machine that had drinks that were out of date and he got the service guys to come out finally. I asked the rep to put us in a better machine that is larger and thought that we were going to get it. Instead they bring the same style machine that failed repeatedly. She even suggested we visit the local museum to see more on Brad's Drink and the actual equipment he used to invent one of our favorite beverages this would have been a 5 star review for nostalgia alone had We had this encounter the...
