I used to love this place. I have spent a good chunk of change here over the years. But the last three times I’ve been here I leave empty handed. I’m stunned that almost all of the vendors yield the same type of stuff: not good enough for an antiques store and not quite junk. Like almost junk, but purposely displayed (and priced) like it valuable collection’s (remember the MCM booth?) but curiously all of the stuff in the booths now seems to have been sourced by someone and then displayed as if it were vintage or antique. It’s like a warehouse full of the stuff that won’t sell anywhere else. The furniture as a rule is the big, fake antique stuff sold maybe 25 years ago. Whoever is managing this place is desperate for vendors. Where the cool vendors went I don’t know but I’m not coming back again to try and find them. Lady who worked there happened to be outside, stopped me abruptly while I was walking to the door and told me with disdain that they are closed. I mean, how dare me. I don’t know the times except for what is posted on Goggle maps and the store can edit the time on Google maps.
