My first time ordering here. I enjoyed the BBQ ribs and teriyaki beef. The meat on both the ribs and teriyaki beef were done to perfection. The meats were not over cooked or dry. They had a nice chew and not something you'd be struggling to chew. This was off their Pao Pao Platter. The cheese rangoons unfortunately lacked a bit of flavor but they were still good. Just missing the crab meat. I also ordered the Steam Dumplings. When I first bit into one it squirted out some juice from the meat mixer inside, which I believe it was pork. There was a hint of spice in it. And over all had a good flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was on the dry side. The chicken lacked juiciness and flavor such as a brine. Overall it is a nice place to eat. It is cleanly and there is one server who is the ultimate best. He is super friendly and kind. And goes over and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied. This young man was kind enough to help me take my order out to my vehicle and when I tried to tip him for his friendly assist he declined the tip and wished us a good evening. He also was extremely kind to rush back out to give a customer, whom had just eaten there and was about to leave, an article of clothing she had left behind. Wonderful service from the young man. The only complaints was that the chicken was dry and needed salt and brining. No napkins or chopsticks were added to the order and they left out the fried wontons for my friend's soup. But the quantity of the food is generous and they provide plenty of packets of Soy sauce and Duck sauce and fortune cookies. Plus they give you an extra small cup of sweet and sour sauce...
Read moreFirst I don't do reviews unless it is amazing or terrible. The waitress we had was attentive and friendly, that's the only positive here. The food was absolutely horrible. The sweet and sour sauce on the table has the consistency of red dyed sugar water. The egg rolls have to be packaged store bought kind. I ordered combination lo mein with extra veggies. The lo main looked really old with a few chopped veggies on top. The other veggies in were super soggy. The meat in it was really fatty and soggy like it had been sitting in a pot for days. The flavor was bland. I ordered beef egg foo young for my son. That was a little better because they must have made it fresh to order. Even still, it was super greasy. The iced tea we ordered was watered down considerably and we were there early for lunch, at 11:15. I can't imagine how much more watered down it would be if we came later. The fortune cookies were stale as well. Not one positive on the food. I will not...
Read moreI ordered lunch via Uber Eats so I understand lack of freshness might be excused a little but I'll tell you as someone who is always looking for good Chinese food, this is not the place. The sesame chicken was battered in a thick fried almost pancake like batter that when mixed with their sauce became very soggy. The rice was undercooked and tasteless. The egg drop soup was thick and questionable on what was used for broth. The rangoons were stale and dry as well as cold. There was nothing creamy about the cream cheese. I asked for chop sticks and got none. I will admit, I am a foody person and take food experiences very serious because of the amount of money we pay these days. I paid $15 for lunch plate worth half of that. Definitely underwhelmed to say the least and I will not be going back to...
