Unfortunately there is no zero star. We had very negative and awful experience here. Management is racist and unprofessional. Our group came to New Buffalo for the first time and got refused to serve for jet ski rental, just because we look like someone that rented and broke jet ski last year. Do not come here if you don’t want to ruin your vacay trip.
P/s: cannot find a way to reponse to the owner. I tries 2 times that we are not the same and why you didnt even check for our IDs, you can always check everyone IDs to see if it match your records but you refuse and chose not to. We never state that we was here. I said with my own mouth that I came here for the first time twice and this is how you treat your customer? Saying that they are liars and making up things for them. Such unprofessional services. Or maybe we just look like the Asian group from last year or so? Please do not try to make up story and falsely accuse your customers. It is not something that a business owner should do, especially you guys seem to be there for a long time. Wondering if you will treat all Asian the same when they came to you because we did have an awful experience and felt like we mistreated just because of your assumptions. Read moreIt was the worst experience ever. I took a big group, I rented 7 jet skis. No I’ve been to lots of jet ski rental places in my life. The only reason I went to Oselka marina was because Chicago rentals are closed because of the pandemic. Usually when you go to any Jetske rental, they spend 10 or 15 minutes explaining the rules to you such as the restrictions, You can’t go beyond this point or that point. First of all, they don’t explain anything to you when you rent a Jetske‘s they just put you on the Jetske and off you go. Two of the Jetske‘s were pulled over by the coast guards Because apparently they were less than 200 feet away from the shore, Which we didn’t know. I received two citations each for 345 dollars, Plus Oselka Marina charged me the late fees for the two Jetske‘s that were pulled over and also charged me for one JetSki that claimed that it was damaged by us totaling 730 dollars and I know for a fact none of us damaged anything, So I ended up spending over 2500 dollars that day the Coast Guard. Even though the Coast Guard explained to me and told me that they weren’t going to charge you for being late because we pulled you over. I am never going back to that place ever again. Not even check our IDs or should they have records for those events so they can check if it is the same person? Only use poor judgment and assumption. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend at all. You can be falsely accused for something that you have not done. Very very poor experience here.
