When my 2011 27" iMac all of a sudden went dark and wouldn't reboot, I went into panic mode. I am a musician and run Digital Performer as well as managing my own website on it. I also run an accounting program for my Lawncare business from the computer so you can see why I was freaking out. I knew Apple wouldn't service an old computer like mine, so I started searching around and called 2 places before calling CCT repairs. Both would not touch my computer. I was leary of trusting anyone other than Apple anyway, but called CCT and talked to Greg. I brought it in, he diagnosed it and determined it was the graphics card. He ordered one for me, which took awhile to get here from China, but once he installed it, and called me to pick it up, it is back working like a charm. He has that 1 year warranty on his work and told me if I had any problems with it, to call him. He even explained why the card probably failed and how he installed the new one so that might not happen again. Great technician and very polite, patient, and friendly guy. I highly recommend CCT...

I would not take my phone here again. The owner and technicians are unprofessional and do not communicate with their customers proactively.

I called before I brought my phone in and was told that a diagnoses would take an hour. When I arrived I was told that it would take two hours. I asked them to call me when they were done. The next day I had to call them and they still had not touched my phone. When they told me they would call me in an hour with the diagnosis, I had to call them two hours later. They told me it would be done by noon the next day. When I arrived at 5 p.m., they told me they needed an hour. When I called an hour and a half later, they needed another half hour. My phone wasn't done until another 90 minutes. Despite my frequent requests that they call me along the way to let me know what was happening, they did not.
