BLOSSOM SHOP — Local services in New Haven

40 dollars for blossoms and 60 dollars for a dozen roses is outrageous. I shortly returned after picking up some fruits at the Elm city market for a refund on just the roses. Guy there hesitated when I asked him which tells me the decision was his you could see that he sucked it up and tried to keep a straight face as he told me all sales were final. There's no sign there that inforces that. You guys are thieves plain and simple stop and shop has a prettier dozen for 25 Dollars. AND I GET A RECIEPT AND THE LUXURY TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. Didn’t know this place existed until Mother’s Day. I would come back just for the service (they also have good prices on house plants). The gentlemen working there are the sweetest. They gave me advice on how to care for my plants and were just so kind the entire time.

The reason I’m writing a review now is because of the flower bouquet I got for my mom. My dad got her a bouquet, it’s already dying. The bouquet I got from this place, it’s even more beautiful than when I got it. And it’s still not fully bloomed.

WOW! I am 10/10 pleased with the service I received with this shop. I called in an order for delivery and although they couldn't create the exact table arrangement I wanted (they had run out of a specific color of roses during a busy weekend) they offered to make the same arrangement in another color that I preferred and the result turned out BEAUTIFULLY! The gentleman on the phone walked me through the process swiftly and was very nice. Delivery estimate arrived right on time and made for a wonderful gift to a friend living in New Haven.
