The gentleman who owns this business is an embarrassment to artists and business owners everywhere. I ordered a picture from his from his online website. To start off, after three weeks of not receiving my order I attempted to get in contact with him. After two weeks of no response, I finally got a hold of him via telephone and he claimed he "lost my order". Then I finally received my order and it was nothing more than a 5x7 piece of paper that looked like it came off a home printer. When I called Carl, the owner, and stated that I was not satisfied with my order and would like to return it, he actually started arguing with me, raising his voice, and flat out REFUSED to refund me my money on the basis that his website does not have a return policy so therefor he "didn't have to refund my money". He actually told me that sending the print back would be a "waste of my time" because he wasn't going to do anything with it. He is a juvenile, disrespectful, mean human being who has no moral standards on the way he runs his business. Customer service is the LAST thing this gentleman should be in. And frankly, its sad that he has to put up such a fight for an $18.00 piece of paper. I would not consider it art, in the least. And I would not consider him an honorable business person or artist at all. I would NEVER EVER do business with him again and I would NEVER recommend...
Read moreIntegrity studio.... all I can say is oxymoron. I ordered a picture, to be sent to Scotland. It never arrived - but this studio never let me know that it had been sent back to them due to a problem with the postage and customs. I emailed numerous times, I then called and spoke to the owner numerous times - he first said I should just forget it (others just forgot about it when it did not arrive) and I could not get a refund as it was not worth it for him. I said in Scotland that is not how we treat our customers and as a gesture to make sure he was not out of pocket - I would pay for the postage to be resent. (my additional cost). He PROMISED me he would resend it that day.. and he has never done so. I don't know how he can call himself Integrity Studio - "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles". I only wish I had read some of the previous reviews.... silly me.... he has done it before and will obviously continue to do so. You may want to think twice...
Read moreI regret to leave Carl a 1 star review after meeting him in person and speaking with him on the phone as well; however, I must say I am disappointed. After seeing his work in person, I ordered a print from him online to be shipped to a friend as a surprise. The print never arrived at my friend's place due an error with the shipping address on either his end or the postal service. After reaching back out to Carl that my friend never received it, Carl was very helpful and got on the phone with me immediately. He said that he would send another print at no extra cost, but a month has gone by since then and my friend still has not received anything. I have tried texting, emailing and calling Carl about this but have not received a response. So ended up with no product...
