New Orleans City Park Festival Grounds — Attraction in New Orleans

Good venue for outdoor music fests. Usually parking can be found on property for a fee or in surrounding neighborhoods. Recently checked out voodoo fest 17 and my only beef was the lack of directional signage to get from main streets surrounding the park into fest grounds, particularly confusing at night. Can get a bit muddy when wet so check the weather before you go. Overall fun place to enjoy festivities...

Spacious, minor tree and shade coverage, come prepared with sunscreen and a hat for sure. I attended Beignet Fest for a few hours, get there when they first open to avoid the intense heat.

The morning portion was more family oriented.

Nice walking paths around the ponds. Some bird sightings as well.

Muddy and smelled bad due to mulch put down over mud for festival. Voodoo fest had to have oversold tickets because the amount of people was triple what we saw last festival. Unpleasant experience and not worth the LOA VIP cost. Am sure the park is...
