Swoon Boutique New Orleans - Women's Contemporary Boutique — Attraction in New Orleans

I purchased a $200+ Elliatt dress here last week that I loved and wore it to a rehearsal dinner this past weekend all for the zipper to break after 30 minutes of wearing it. I own a few Elliatt dresses that I always buy from boutiques to give them the business and love them for their quality, but was super disappointed when this happened. I called Swoon to see if they could do anything about this, and their advice was to call a seamstress and get the zipper fixed. I then reached out to Elliatt and since I didn't purchase from them, there was nothing they could do on their end. Super disappointing to not even be offered to speak to a manager/ them offer to reach out to Elliatt directly to see if anything could be done. Swoon is my favorite boutique to shop at! Swoon is constantly getting new arrivals in everyday and they have live selling every week to help with sizing, color, and product info. They have the best return policy offering refunds instead of store credit like most boutiques do. If you need to return anything, you can submit a return online and get a prepaid label. The Swoon girls and Alyssa, the owner, is at the store always ready to help style you! They have the best interest at heart when it comes to looking your best! In New Orleans, shopping is part of the local culture and trendy stores are apart of Nola's flare! Swoon is just that. They always have the prefect date night out dress or day to day outfits that transitional from work to night life. The customer service and the girls working there are nothing short of great. I am ALWAYS greeted when I walk in and they are always willing to help me find the perfect outfit but are never too pushy. Id give this place 6 stars if possible.
