Angel was extremely rude on the phone. I asked him how long the job would take after he gets all the materials that he was going to need. And his response was “I already told you Lady. I told you it might take Monday through Friday. Again, I said no after you get all the materials and you have everything you need how long would the actual job take? He then again said with an attitude I understand what you’re saying. You don’t understand what I’m saying. Then I gave him an example is it gonna take one hour? Is it gonna take one day I wanted to know exactly how long what time period it was going to take to do the job. He even said it is going to take two hours. I then told him OK and then I told him how rude he was and how unprofessionally he was. I told him that it was very hurtful how he spoke to me. A year ago I had a fence installed throughout my property. It was crooked and flimsy. I was so upset because the contractor never returned my calls. However, there was some work being done across the street from me and it looked beautiful. I approached the guys and it was the best thing I had done. Angel came to take a look at my property as soon as they finished their job for the day. Being that I saw the work they had done at my neighbors house I did not hesitate to hire them. I was looking to have a gate installed and found Angel via a Google search. I'm glad I did. I had 3 previous quotes. One from an independent who didn't fully understand what I was looking for. One from a big company who's fee was 3x that of the other 2 and one from another company that didn't follow up with me. Angel was prompt with his responses and initial visit. He price was quite reasonable and he really knows what he is doing. Friendly and funny as a bonus!
