I started visiting Be at the start of April 2020. I love the excellent customer service experience. I placed my order on the phone and within an hour I went to the dispensary to pick up my order. I drop dead gorgeous woman 👩 greeted me at the door 🚪 and walked me inside. Once inside the dispensary, I used the restroom 🚽 used the available ATM machine and proceeded to the cash register. I was given a military discount and my products in a small paper bag. There was no hand to hand contact, everyone had a mask 😷 on and the place was completely sanitized. There are plenty of hand sanitizer to use at the register. I suffer from lots of anxiety and can become very talkative but I noticed that it not phased them. The pharmacist will try to entertain me, but he stays professional and guides me back to calm me down. Calming down is important because it allows me to think 🤔 clearly and make sound decisions. Medical marijuana has great medical advantages and I have been on the medical marijuana program for 2 years now. The Veterans affair invited me for a group study to see how it is beneficial to treat disabled veterans with medical marijuana. I can say that if you calm down and listen 👂 you will be able to educate yourself on its positive benefits. A good pharmacist plays a crucial role for you to start using medical marijuana. The pharmacist at Be. Staten Island had the knowledge and expertise to help me achieve calmness and relief from my physical pains. Thank you 😊 to all the staff at Be. Covid 19 is making the world 🌎 a difficult place and Be is helping society cope with the situation in a more relax state of mind. Save yourself in order to save other’s. What are you waiting for? Small steps can lead to great success if you can conquer your fears. My commute to Be. Staten Island takes 1 hour; trapped alone in my car, but the reward at the end of my journey is well worth the drive....
Read moreI've been visiting Be.Staten Island for a few months now because of its accessible location in Staten Island. They have a nice store and even provide a complimentary vaporizer and battery pack.
However, on three separate occasions I received vapor cartridges that were already used. The first time this happened, I received an oil cartridge that was more than half used. I called the store and they exchanged it for a new one with no issue at all.
The final purchase I made with Be.Staten Island, again I purchased a faulty/pre used vapor cartridge with half the vapor oil missing. After reporting this within less than 5 minutes of my purchase, the staff then accused me of doing this myself, and I was not refunded and told to call the manufacturer for a refund.
I was forced to pay full price for two pre-used vapor cartridges and was not refunded or compensated for their mistake. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional to accuse a customer for something that was their error and not making any effort to fix the problem. Do not shop here, and if you do, make sure you ask to open the oil cartridges in front of them as soon as...
Read moreCasandra saw me enter BE and waved me to her counter. She became aware that I was using a Portable Oxygen Concentrator and notice I became short of breath as I spoke. She politely suggested I could be comfortable in one of the couches as she entered my registration certificate and reviewed my prior scripts and purchases. She came over to the sitting area and conducted the consultation. She listened to my situation and medical conditions. She asked relevant questions and answered fully the questions I had. Her product recommendations suited my needs perfectly. I taught Customer Service in colleges and ran Performance Review training for growing businesses. Casandra is the model of excellent service. Her listening and verbal communication skills are 10 of 10. Her innate ability to show understanding and concern for my medical challenges is a rare and valuable talent. Be is fortunate to have Cassandra as an employee. I’m sure she will continue to reflect the concern that your organization has for the satisfaction of...
