PokeBowl Station -New Dorp Lane — Restaurant in New York

My experience with pokebowl station. Outside the store looks very nice. Once inside I noticed a big menu that showed all the items they serve. The have pokeball, ramen, dessert, bubble tea.

I bought a customized pokebowl. I was the only customer during the time I went. My order was taken quickly.

I dont know if it's me, but I really like restaurant that give you a warm hello and the person wants to help you. Especially for a new store. Which is something I didn't get.

If more employees from any store greets customers with a smile and makes you feel good. You will get happier customers that will want to come back.

Pokeball - taste was a 5/10 in all honesty. I usually go to Hawaii pokeball. I feel their fish and vegetables are fresher and taste better. At least to me it did.

However the bubble tea was great. I got the brown sugar dirty tea. The bubbles were chewy and cooked perfectly.

i’m a staten island tech student, and this place has watched me grow up from junior year to senior year to my last summer working at school.

as a broke high school student my friends and i always created our own bowls and maybe got a fresh fruit tea or dirty milk tea if our wallets were up to it.

the food is delicious and i love how you get protein, vegetables and many other nutrients all in one bowl. one bowl is extremely filling to me and keeps me full for the rest of the day. the drinks are also so good and delicious here, the wait is practically none when there’s no line, and the atmosphere of the place is relaxing and nice.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ALLERGIES.

I ordered a Salmon Oasis from them. Beautiful looking bowl, everything about it seemed like it would have been delicious. I specifically put in the notes that I was allergic to Edamame. The restaurant just completely ignored this, put edamame all over the bowl, and I couldn’t eat any of it. If I hadn’t noticed before I would have had a severe allergic reaction. THE WORST PART: when I called to address the concern, I asked very nicely if they could please send me one without the damage as I had requested in the notes, or if I could have my money back, and the lady rudely refused.
