Beauty Town — Attraction in New York

IT'S A SERVICE THING FOR ME..... maybe its just the Bronx or something but when you're in any retail industry the TREATMENT of someone is what matters, not weather they are right or wrong. I'm inspired to purchase my own hair supply company just to crush these other companies with exceptional service.... I experienced a disappointing incident at this store and although it was gracious of the manage to explain (or defend) his demeanor, I was still disappointed (yet again) on their service.

Overall they offer hair supplies in abundance, but Target carries most of the brands (and slightly less expensive) so if it's not inconvenient to go the extra mile to Target, go...but this place is not worth the trouble if you have time on your hands.

I make time to do Target runs and online is a click away for my hair needs so I avoid...

I went here to exchange a bottle of oil because when I went home I realized a quarter of it was gone and it appeared as if someone previously opened it. I went to the manager politely (the balled guy with the buttoned up shirt) and he accused me of lying and told me to call the police if I wanted to. He was extremely rude and took things way too far. I don’t understand what I did to be spoken to that way. I will not be returning here again and from now on I will be going to the other beauty supply store Sense Beauty. This isn’t my first rude encounter with that man. And from the looks of these reviews he has multiple complaints. He shouldn’t be working in customer service if he cannot properly...

I went in to do goddess twist hair with a lady named Fatima. I asked her is she knows how to do it. She said yes and with a picture of it. I asked also if she has the hair she said yes. Went in front was nice but i didnt come out with the hair i wanted i spent 100 dollars more in hair i had to buy. Besides the 220. I am soooo upset five twists came out next day and all opened up. I try curling the hair she made me buy it looks horrible. Do not go to this lady. Money wasted. $330. When i really hesitated in spending this money when i couldnt. I texted her and she only replied come in at noon i work weekedays accomadate me ina. Sat no answer yet it has been two days....
