BeBe Day Spa — Attraction in New York

I am going to say there are some really good waxers in the area. She is the second I went too and I really enjoyed my experience. If you are first time brazilian waxer, you will enjoy this experience. I have gotten brazilians for the last two years consistently and have tried many waxers. I like her style. She did both hard wax and the strips, surprisingly neither were as painful as I have had in the past. I never had someone use both hard wax and strips, but it didn’t hurt and actually made the experience better. I have had waxers who used hard wax multiple times over the same area and all it did was irritate the skin, rather than remove hair. The way she did it, she got the hair in smaller sections without irritating the skin as much so big thumbs up there. I would say though, pain isn’t my biggest issue. My FAVORITE thing about this place is the hours. I work & go to school full time during the week. I need someone on the weekends and she did a great job, super kind, and her hours are very flexible. Wanted my pores cleaned out before I go on vacation since I have stopped getting facials after COVID invaded Earth. I went to my usual one last year that is on Bay Parkway and was totally turned off by the over selling of their packages.

I picked BeBe due to the positive reviews here on Google and at Yelp. I got the Gold Facial which is supposed to help with the elasticity of your skin and anti-inflammatory. Sharon did a thorough job cleansing and prepping my skin for the mask. She did a wonderful extracting several annoying white heads on my chin because 6 hours later, my chin is not infected by any bacteria left behind. The mask is golden yellowish, cannot see any actual pieces of gold, but had a wonderful calming herbal smell. And Sharon hands are powerful, she is this tiny lady with powerful hands that kneads your aches away. Gentlemen in front of me had a massage with Sharon so you can book her for that as well.

I will definitely go back to Bebe when I have more...

Horrible service. If I can give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a wax and I have been coming for over a year. They charged me 20 dollars more for hot wax for and barley used it and went in with the soft wax that was dirty. (Do not upgrade for hard wax because they don’t even use it) Everything looked dirty. The women are extremely judgmental while you are getting waxed too. They are aggressive and don’t care about pain. Normally I do not care about pain but it was extremely painful and left all the hair since they do not know how to position you for a wax. I still have hair on my legs …. They missed tons of spots and left me all sticky. It was a complete mess. I will NEVER go back there again.
