holy cow I don’t even know where to begin because this place is absolutely horrible and I am so angry. I usually go to another place but my lash tech went on vacation and I urgently needed my lashes done so I decided to try this place out and this is worst decision I’ve ever made in my whole entire life. So let’s start from the beginning, as soon as I walked in… all the workers were sitting on the couch with their legs up and all gave me dirty looks as I walked in. The front desk lady was polite at first and started giving me attitudes as soon as I mentioned that I wanted to use a Groupon (whatever, I get it.. you’re losing money from me using Groupon but it’s my first time trying a place so I don’t want to spend 60-70+ if I’m unsure about something). Next, Suzie did my lashes but she finished in less than 40 mins… and that’s already a red flag to me because I can tell she rushed it and my lashes are super thin so it’s hard to work with and all my previous lash techs have told me that my lashes are super thin and takes a while so my appointments always last 1+ hour so as soon as she finished within 35 minutes, I realized the job was poorly done. After the lashes are done, they look fine for the night but the next morning they were extremely tangled and even when I try to comb it, it’s still tangled and poking me everywhere around the eye area. The quality of these lashes are so poor and not even “mink”. It’s feels extremely rough and hard (not even the slightest softness), the glue they used is also very cheap because I can physically see the glue on the extensions (similar to falsie glue) and it’s just so annoying because it dried up so you can see it close up. Fast forward, two weeks after my last appointment, lashes are falling off everywhere, extremely itchy and poking my eyes everyday. I just want to take everything off but I can’t pull them because it damages my own lashes so I might just purchase lash removal glue on Amazon and remove these annoying lashes. Read moreThis is the only lash place I highly recommend to all my friends who ask where and who did my lashes. Parking is a pain but the place is very clean, and very tranquil like a spa (with the occasional loud mouth who decides to break it with their phone calls and conversations, very annoying) but besides that disturbance, the service is amazing. I fall asleep all the time because its so tranquil..Staff are very friendly and available for service even if you dont have an appointment so you not waiting too long. The receptionist is always nice and makes booking appointments easy and at my convenience with their availability in mind. Their confirmation system for appointments is awesome, so I never forget, and are very prompt with reaching back out if I cant reach them. She along with staff are knowledgeable with giving advice and or recommendations on their lashes and services. I book my appointments with Joanne who is a true gem and expert at what she does and one of the best amongst the other lash technicians. Read moreThey lack in customer care and service for their clients, I never complain but I went for 70 piece fill in and a few days later I had less lashes than before the fill in and this hasn’t been my first time there. After 10min of explaining over the phone and having to make an appt for two the girl decides to tell me they would charge us $30. First of all I never asked you how much I’ve gone plenty of times to know what your price and gratuity chart look like. Second how can you determine a price when you don’t even know how many you have to use, last but not least the next available appt they had was exceeding the first week: how convenient!! I didn’t ask you for a price how bout next time don’t be so greedy 🤑🤑🤑 and wait til the client gets there. How about apologizing for the inconvenience I was experiencing. Maybe if you weren’t flooded with new Groupon customers you’d be able to accommodate your regulars a bit better. A Customer service tutorial wouldn’t be a bad idea.
