Casale’s Jewelry Store Review My visit to Casale’s Jewelry Store was nothing short of delightful! This place never fails to impress with its warm, welcoming vibe. I stopped by to get my chain repaired, and Lexi, who assisted me, was an absolute joy. She walked me through the repair process with clarity and suggested cleaning the medal attached to my chain to make it sparkle like new. I’m so glad I took her advice—I am sure the end result will look stunning! Lexi also let me know the repair would take some time and assured me I’d get a text or call when it was ready for pickup, which I really appreciated. As I was heading out, I decided to browse for a 50th birthday gift for my wife. That’s when Jackie, a wonderful sales associate, stepped in. She was incredibly helpful, listening to my ideas and guiding me to the perfect gift. Jackie’s knack for understanding exactly what I wanted made the experience seamless and enjoyable. To top it all off, I discovered Jackie was from my old neighborhood—someone I hadn’t seen in nearly 40 years! That unexpected connection made the visit even more special. All I can say is Wow!!! For years I wanted to make a three stone ring from my engagement ring, my moms, and my grandmother’s ring, but I never really had the extra money. Someone recommended Cory from Casale’s and after watching a few of his videos about selling old gold and putting towards a new piece, I was sold. I took all my 80’s jewelry to him and I got a great price for all my old gold and it was enough to make my dream ring. I also had all my own diamonds and together with Cory we designed my ring. We went back and forth quite a few times tweaking the design. It was awesome to see it on the computer and he was able to print out a 3D ring for me so I could get a good idea of the size and feel. But nothing compared to actually seeing the ring finished, it is stunning! The beauty of it is it has so much meaning. My diamond of course is the center stone, my mom’s and grandma’s sits to the left and right of my stone. I also had a surprise stone added. I added a ruby for my daughter and a diamond to the left and right to represent my husband and I. The photos show it with and without the wedding bands.
