Chang Xin Foods Market — Attraction in New York

I always go there, nice store but all the Chinese cashier are very Rude,unprofessional, unhelpful, they never say HI, hello, if u ask them any questions they never replied u,they don't understand English except Chinese, they never put your merchandise in the bag, very very bad management.....but the people in sea food department they are very nice, very helpful and always greet u with smile, I have a request to the owner please give some training to your cashier how to treat nicely to the customer...it will help u improve your business in that very competitive market......Your cashier service is really really really...

I came here to buy a box egg roll wraps and showed the store manager the item I wanted. He said okay and proceeded to give me a box of noodles instead. I didn't know this until I opened the box the next day. I came back to the store to try and exchange the noodle box for the egg rolls. The cashiers are completely clueless and don't even know what to do. They then tell me that the store manager is off on Sunday, which is the busiest day of the week. Nothing to write home about. Their veges are really not the freshest and I just saw 3 of their boxes of strawberries have so much mold that it's disgusting to look at. The pricing doesn't help their case either but I guess since they are the only one in the neighborhood they feel like can do whatever they want. Their selections are not many either because of the small space. None of my common brand vegetarian instant noodles are sold here. The overall decor is old and cheap but their things are not cheap...
