Continental Army Plaza — Attraction in New York

This Park is a special place to me from it's old design to the recent modern updates I learned to skateboard as well as skating and down to learning what it's like to fall and not lose focus on the task/trick or combo till I land it properly including long nights hanging out with friends and neighbors spin the bottle truth or dare lol wonderful cherished memories till this day I go by and sit a while reminiscing about those days....aside from that the park is always clean and well maintained good views of the bridge 🌉 and the skyline 🏙 I pass by everyday and take in the Beautiful scenery and vibes before...

Since I was a little Girl this park had Always been called Washington park..looked much different then . Nicer , it had a double stairway a Beautiful fountain in the middle of the stairway .benches with canopys to sit there well shaded...its still a very nice park . the statue of George Had a big Sword ...long story short someone came and cut it off ...Disrespectful..All n All its...

Really quiet, overlooked little public square at the base of the Williamsburg Bridge bicycle ramp. Usually busy with skateboarders doing their thing, this statue of George Washington on his horse drew my attention.
