Three Little Birds is a hidden gem in the Heights. Ms. Michelle is simply amazing and provides quality care for little ones. We did months of research before placing our daughter in daycare and when we found Ms. Michelle, we knew we were home.

She is extremely organized, communicative, and has a curriculum focused on mindfulness and based on the Reggio-Emilia and Montessori educational approaches. She also makes sure the children are active and get fresh-air twice a day. She does yoga, and meditation with the children. She also incorporates experiential experiences like apple picking to complement her lessons. Ms. Michelle provides a 360 educational experience that reinforces her lessons through all the senses.

This is an excellent daycare and Ms. Michelle is very caring, loving, polished, and knowledgeable. And more importantly, my daughter loves Ms. Michelle and going to daycare. My daughter has been attending Three Lil Birds or TLB since she was 6 months old. At first we were part-time, but she has been full time since she was about 1.

She is thriving. TLB has created a beautiful community. She is now 2 1/2, but already worked through her 3 y/o milestones. ABC's, spelling, articulating, counting, identifying, etc. Constantly coming home with art projects, they have a great park across the street they take the kids to almost every day and she does Yoga! It is the cutest thing watching her do tree pose, warrior three and all these other little movements. Including.. just breathing.

The thing I love the most is how they teach the children compassion, emotions & coping mechanisms. How to work through big emotions and express themselves.

Update Finally had a chance to enroll our child in the summer program and it exceed our expectations. Michelle is kind and compassionate. Our daughter's day was filled with outdoor activities and art, and each day she came home so happy and full of stories. All the kiddos seemed so happy at pickup. Unfortunately, we don't live very close by, but it was definitely worth the travel time. We highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare.
