But what truly elevated my experience was Tatiana, the unparalleled, phenomenal, and beyond-exceptional customer service champion who turned what I thought would be a routine storage rental into a VIP red-carpet experience! Tatiana isn’t just an employee; she’s a storage concierge, a customer advocate, and a miracle worker all wrapped into one. She anticipated my needs before I even spoke them into existence. Every question I had? Answered with absolute confidence. Every concern? Erased with solutions so seamless, it felt like magic. She knows CubeSmart’s policies inside and out, and instead of just reciting them like a script, she personalizes them to fit exactly what the customer needs. Most of my items out of one unit were stolen. I paid for months but they claim my items were in the wrong unit. Then they claimed the unit I had my items in was a unit for storing lost and found, etc items. So why was I paying for months and no one told me. Also who cut my lock and put on a CubeSmart lock on a unit that supposedly was being used for storing lost items, (but no one called me to tell me till months later?) Seems fishy. When I was explaining to that locations GM, after a bit of time he got annoyed and aggressive, rude. Terrible experience. Plus the GM threatened to put my insurance through without my consent. Additionally young rude worker there. But a positive, professional cleaning man, about 60 years old with accent (was helpful) and tried his best to make me feel respected and showed empathy. I did nothing wrong now lots of my important items are gone, plus I run risk of identity theft for various family members since we trusted CubeSmart and had put some copies of documents in the cube/unit. DISASTER, never use them. Better to throw your items in the garbage and keep paperwork at home. After doing business with CubeSmart and their counterpart, Storage Deluxe, for at least 12 years, none of that time was worth waiting for this...

my personal belongings and furniture had water damage and an infestation of Rat droppings all over. I had to move my items to another floor, toss personal belongings, and priceless sentimental items. The district Manager Ravinder Setti was rude, dismissive and ignored my complaints that I clearly had proof of via photographs and the manager as well. I had to harass the insurance company that cubesmart makes you sign up with until finally there manager gave me $2,000. My items that I left behind cost way more. My brand new mattress that was covered had slids from Rats and holes in the protected cover along with a table that was considered priceless to us. My brother in law who passed owned it, and it was the last thing we had of him that was suppose to go back into my mother in laws place when she moved back to NY. My childrens keep sake stuff animals, nursery room decor and clothing was also tossed due to the gashes of holes in the bags and the immense amount of Rat droppings in between the clothing.
