Lok Hin — Restaurant in New York

Look…. It’s a Chinese fast food in a neighborhood. This is not authentic Chinese food. I know… The fried rice is old rice. Maybe a day or two and they fry it ti mask the taste and smell. They don’t throw anything out, the oil is changed every two ti three weeks. How do I know? I’ve worked at many Chinese joints, they all share the same work ethics 🤣.
