CVS — Attraction in New York

I recently made a complaint on the pharmacy department. I am not sure of her title but her name is Tanaysha. She was letting people skip the line after there was customers waiting and I was one of those customers after a long day of work and with my 1yr old child crying. The wait was about 20min. I asked her why did she just let the person skip the line she proceeded to tell me that “the manager sent her back there” ok? so she (the customer she let skip) needs to wait on line like everyone else does. When I got to the register she told me my medicine wasn’t ready I told her I would like to speak to a manager because I called around 1pm and someone told me it was ready for pick up. She did not send the manager over in fact she told me she doesn’t know who her manager is or the managers name. I told her I will not move from the counter until I speak to a manager because I knew my medicine was ready she was doing it on purpose because I said something to her about letting people skip the line. She proceeded to take the next customer as I waited still with no manager coming or her not accessing my situation. Next another person comes from the middle isle and she proceeds to take them. I ask her “didn’t I just ask you why do you keep letting people skip the line as if in we are all not waiting here patiently before these people that are coming through the middle aisle. That is when TANAYSHA decides to put her hand up in my face like to stop talking while she called next to from the line and told the person that she was about to let skip to join the line. So it was ok for her to let someone skip me and the person before me while there were about 8 of us standing on line but she tells the gentleman to join the line the second time. One as a customer if you ask for a manager a manager is suppose to come to access a situation. Two to have one of your employees put her hand up to have me stop talking is very disrespectful. I have never in my life been through something like this especially with a big brand. Nobody wants to complain because she is servicing us and she does things like say the order isn’t ready and it actually is. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed TANAYSHA being rude yesterday it just happened to be my day once I picked up my script. This store is out of control someone from corporate needs to visit there. There’s continuous long waits it’s like no one wants to work but everyone wants to get paid. Thank you to Maxine who was able to pull my script and cash me out which she wasn’t very helpful and respectful every time I come in there she is the nicest...

If I can give this place negative 10 stars I would! I am a past employee of CVS pharmacy store 2411 and never have I experienced such poor and embarrassing customer service!! On May 1st at approximately 7:20pm, I went into store 2442 to purchase a pregnancy test as I have been trying to conceive with no success. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted nor offered any assistance. I found my way to the family planning aisle where all of the pregnancy tests were locked behind a clear sliding door. Although there is a “help” button in the aisle, no one actually comes and help you. I walked back to the front of the store to ask who I believe is the store manager (tall, dark skin w/ dredlocks) for some assistance retrieving the test. When arriving to the selection of tests, he asked me which one I wanted (as if I could not select it myself) and proceeded to take the test to the register. I walked up to the register as well and asked to look at the test and this gentleman REFUSED to allow me to touch the test that i was purchasing! I’m not exactly sure what his perception of me was, not that it even matters, I was so upset I left all of my other purchases at the register and walked out of the store! I have submitted a complaint to corporate at this time and may pursue this discrimination...

I went to cvs about 6:30 pm.To make a long story short. I am a diabetic going to 26 years now. I have always used the 3 mm needle for my diabetic insulin. I got a 5 mm not what I have been using. Also my insurance lapse I think it is called.I was told that I had to play for my meds. My card says Fidelis,but just recently was told that it is Welcare by Fidelis. But, I never got the card that says Welcare in big letters I guess. The customer service lady told me she.could not change the 5 mm for the 3 mm ( which is what I have alwaysss used). She told me so ask for the 3 mm,Also did you.open it she asked? I said yes,but then realized it is the 5mm.It only had a thumb size tape on it. What was soooo difficult to change it to a 3 mm? She looked like annoyed or something. I had missed all my mail went to the previously apt,I filled out the change of addres at the post office and mailed it. I thought the customer is alway right? Also had gone to the Human Resource office,to update the paperwork. I have changed the insurance by the way.I get the short end of the stick I guess.So of someone would have give me the.wrong prescription it would have my fault? I realized it was the 5mm needle,it did says outside the box. So what am I going to do without the 5 mm needles? I should have left...
