First let me start by saying.. that I have come here for the past few years and purchased my Christmas trees. This year was a completely different experience. I unfortunately met the owner, Nicolette and idk if she was just having a bad day but she was so rude and unapologetic. I just simply asked if the prices on the trees had gone up because I don’t remember paying that much over the past few years.. she says if you purchase online and get it delivered it’s a bit cheaper blah blah so, I decided I would just buy the tree as the price is because I was already in the store.
I figured because I’m a repeat customer I would just ask the cashier if there was any sort of discounts available, because what is the worse someone could say, no? Right
Well, the cashier (who was actually really nice) walks over the manager and she chuckles and said “I just told her she has to purchase it online, it’s a completely different business” and sounded so like disgusted that I’d even ask. The cashier walks over to me and tell me and there was no need because I could hear her from the register. So, I went to talk to her myself… no apology and still completely and utterly rude.

Read moreDisappointed in an expensive product and lack of customer service. I placed my order online from Australia for delivery the same day. It did not arrive & so I followed up with an email. No response. When advised by the recipient it had not arrived the next day it transpired I had supplied the incorrect address - which turned out to be non existent. I again emailed Dragonetti Bros/Mill Lane Florist advising the correct address and requesting confirmation that they could redeliver. Still no response. I finally, after several telephone call attempts which had been answered by an answering service requesting a pin number, managed to speak to someone. They advised the arrangement would be delivered that day. It was. However, the arrangement I chose was selected because of its striking nature and I also paid for the Deluxe version. It transpired that several of the components were missing from it as was the Birthday Balloon I had also paid for. I emailed again and never got a response. I would certainly not be using again or recommending their services. Customer service was non-existent and the product certainly turned out to be expensive for...

What a selection! The plants all looked very healthy, shiny big leaves and very eye catching. In some instances, a plant often can be found in 3 different sizes. There's a plant that I left there although I wanted it. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it so I'm going back for it tomorrow. Still untidy but great service. Recommended
2022 I was a little bit disappointed, but that's because I had expectations. Based on what I'd see when I drive by, I expected a wider selection of plants. I still managed to walk out with a lovely Bonsai, and a spider plant. The environment was very untidy, and I had to be stepping over boxes and plastic wrappings that were scattered. They seem to have a better flower catering than plants. So if flowers is what you're looking...
