Drummer's Grove — Attraction in New York

Ah, my experience on this one particular moment was epic! I think I lost 20lbs! My newfound friends Luna, Dice, and Joy danced as if we were the only people inside the drummers' circle! But, it was I and Luna that danced when the other dancers and drummers left one by one!💃💃❤️❤️🌹🌹 And only 3 of them drummers left to continue play their drums for me and Luna who still have a lot of energies dancing at the rythym of their drums till they can't play anymore!!!...❤️💃🌹___or maybe, it was time for them to go, eh? It was almost midnight, anyways. But, I wasn't still tired still🏋️! So, I went to do busking at Franklin Ave Station since I have my acoustic guitar with me😊.

I came to Prospect Park yesterday with my acoustic guitar to jam with the drummers___but, Joy's Yoga program stole me from my intention at the Park___I ended up doing Yoga with them and meditations till 9:30pm! Only then, we came to the drummers' circle and danced our hearts and souls out till to the last drummers and two of us dancers!!!💃💃

Sorry, I don't have pictures to show---my phone's battery failed me since at Yoga and Meditation sessions🤷And we were really busy dancing!💃💃💃😍😍😍that I forgot to ask my newfound friend to use their phones__and they forget too! Oy.🤦 That's what the power of the rythym of the blended groups of drummers playing their own percussion instruments at the same time can do to you! You just wanna dance and submerge with the moment!❤️

I plan to come next Sunday, August 22, 2021, if the weather get along with the drummers' day event again😘❤️ and my schedule is clear__again😘💃

My favorite summer hangout spot to listen to and dance to African drumming on Sundays. Simple instruments-congo drums, whistles, shakey shakeys gives that awesome beat, it is a must dance for everyone. Great place for kids to hang out too Can't wait for warm weather so that I can hang out again. Love...
