This place is sketchy. They found money in my pants (which is great) but then they used that money to pay for the laundry service without notifying me till when I got there. It's my choice on how I want to pay for a service, not there's and I felt that it was invasive and rude. What they should have done was when they found the money, keep it somewhere safe, not use it to their advantage. It's PRINCIPLE. And I found it disrespectful, amusing at first, but disrespectful. They have huge disorganization, I've dropped my stuff off their countless of times and I'm either missing something or they've tried to cover up a mistake (for example, when I gave them my rug once and they ripped through it / ruined my pillows and then stapled it back together and gave me no warning)

I spoke to the owner about why they felt entitled to my money without my consent and it was met with 0 sympathy, in fact, defensiveness....

I used this place a few times the last time I was traveling in this area for their drop off wash and fold. It's a dollar per pound starting at $10 minimum. The service was perfectly fine back then, about a year ago. But this week I dropped off a small load for the wash and fold. When I picked it up the bag looked fine from the outside, but when I unfolded everything, several items were bleached and ruined. That's 2 pairs of pants I liked that I'll have to throw away. I would have understood the mistake if they had let me know when I arrived and didn't accept payment for the work. But instead they let me pay them for my ruined clothing, and I had to find out about it when I unfolded them.

Just Excellent Service and Location I pass 2 other laundromat to get here and its so worth it. There's Free detergent and softener and not some cheap watery stuff, tide comparable. The washers are clean and you get the temperature water you request. The dryers are excellent. 🔥 The attendants are very helpful and pleasant. In summer on really hot days you get free bottled water. The best thing about this is the location, across the street is Prospect Park. I put my clothes to dry on low $1.75 and go take a walk, In any weather the park is beautiful.
