Empire State Towing — Attraction in New York

Horrible and inconsiderate from a lady named Kat. I had a blocked driveway issue and NYPD issued a ticket I reached Out to Empire State towing at 1:20 am. I was Told to call back after 5:00 am. So when I called back after 5:00 am I was Told it would be 2 hours before the truck gets there. At 7:20 am I get A text saying be there in 5 minutes. I immediately Go outside and wait 15 minutes in the cold and no one showed up. I call Back and they tell me the tow truck cancelled the pick up because they were not able to tow due to parked cars which was a lie! If they would have really showed up I was Able to move the parked cars because they were my parked cars. The lady Kat on the phone became very nasty and told me “oh well you have to wait another 2 hours” or call someone else. I told Her I will wait because I have to work and can’t make any other calls. So after waiting 5 hours I call Back and was told my location wasn’t even scheduled. When I asked For the supervisor I was transferred to the same nasty lady name Katt and she tells me the tow truck broke down AND got a flat so they couldn’t come to me. So it was lie after lie. I told Her she could have just simply said we can’t do the tow instead of being rude and inconsiderate with lies. She then says your right I shouldn’t have done that I feel Bad. Like really????? Beware and don’t trust them if you are having...

I suggest NOT to It use this company. I had my BMW there for over a month and a half, my insurance gave them $4,000 for the repairs to find out I do a random pop up to check my status of my car being that it had been there for so long and I see they were putting used parts to replace the broken parts when they were given money for original parts. Then after the "repairs" were done I left and a day later all my lights show up on my dash board and now a couple months later I had to do a repair on a control arm that they "repaired" to come and find out instead of putting in the proper bolt they welded in a bolt instead (VERY UNSAFE BY THE WAY) of getting the proper bolt from BMW and it snapped on me on the i95 while driving. Like come on this is a BMW for god sake. Called them to let them know of this improper work and how they got paid and they point fingers and denied it and did nothing to take care of their poor work and care to their business! Now I came out $630 out of my own pocket to get the part fixed properly when this should've been done in the first place! AGAIN I SUGGEST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BUNCH OF THIEVES...

I wish I could give this place a million stars. I got stuck with a flat tire 10 pm on New Years eve in Manhattan while visiting with my wife who has cancer and 3 children in tow. So much had gone wrong. Low 40 degrees, raining while i tried to change a spare tire that didn’t exist. Volvo was almost no help. But I”ll tell you who came to the rescue… These guys(Empire State Towing), where literally God sent. The driver J Cruz, was nothing short of amazing. From the moment he showed up, he could sense the level of stress we were in. They contacted every open tire repair place in the city (3 were open even though it was now an hour before New Year), and while unfortunate that none of the places had my rare tire size, it was the thought and his endless attempt that kept me sane. As a grown man, an hour away from our hotel room with a sick wife and kids in tow, I’ve never felt so defeated and helpless in my life. Mr Cruz, didnt just do his job, he gave me much needed hope. To Mr Cruz and Empire State Towing, I owe you guys tremendously. If you guys are ever in Florida visiting, come find...
