The customer service is fair. My main complaint is the food. Specifically when ordering a bagel with cream cheese or even a roll with eggs. I know times are hard but if we pay full price for something we expect to get what we paid for. When I ordered an egg sandwich and specifically pay for extra eggs. There is barely a thin layer of eggs in there. Definitely not equivalent to three eggs. The same when I order a bagel with cream cheese. There is a smidge of cream cheese. I have to ask where is the cream cheese. There are no other bodegas nearby and I believe they take advantage of that. I included a few pics. I think I will stop trying to buy a sandwich from them moving forward. On the 2nd picture it may look like there’s plenty of cream cheese. But they literally only added a small clump of cream cheese in the center of the bagel and the rest of the bagel had no cream...

I find it funny that this was the owners response (attached). Looking at the reviews left by other customers, also attached, what exactly are the customers paying for? Certainly not quality.

This place should be audited by the better business bureau for the possibility of pocketing extra cash on the side/ price gouging.

People are better off going to food Bazaar and taking that walk instead of dealing with...

They charge waay too much for sandwiches that aren't too good. It's better to take a walk to Bruckner Plaza to get a Subway sandwich for that price. Their prices are 50 cent to a 1.50 above average. I think they do this because they know people don't have another option to go when it comes to bodega choices . A sandwich I'd pay 5 dollars for in a lot of bodegas is 7 at their store. And they can't even make...
