Furniture Ville — Attraction in New York

This is the worst furniture store to buy from... I went in the store with my sister and nephew after losing our home to a fire earlier this month we had to start all over with new furniture for our new home ... let me start off by saying the owner takes no ownership in anything but he’s so fast to take money he doesn’t try to get involved when his employees do wrg let me correct that when Diana THE THIEF is wrg she took my sister’s 100.00 dollars after she told my sister it was a down payment for a 800.00 dollar “pillow top” mattress that they didn’t even sell in their store didn’t write it on the receipt plus a purchase of 535.00 was being paid for cash for the bed frame my sister got After we personally told her our situation with the fire we told her we was trying to get a good deal with good quality furniture she told us not to worry that she’s going to help us get the best price and good furniture, well it’s sad to say the joke was on us. My nephew made a purchase of 1,400 for his order to be wrong, he sent it back and got a refund not to mention they charged him 190.00 to take it back when the mistake was on them. And when it came to the last order the frame came out good but they try to charge me 350.00 for a mattress they gave my nephew for 150.00.... now this is by far the worst experience I had with a furniture store I will never again step foot in this furniture store or recommend any one here . But I must say Julia is such a doll and did an amazing job with fixing everything I feel bad for this store if the owner keeps Diana she’s such a bad look for the company a thief will never...

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to do it for furnitureville, I can’t believe the quality of their furniture , I purchased a bed set in July during their 4th of July sale. Fadi helped me with that purchase and it was one of the best choice ever, Fadi didn’t just show me what they had available. He asked me what I was looking for what kind of style, color, texture and Fadi got me my dream bed set. Even my husband loves it which is so not common. I loved it so much I purchased a sofa and love seat last week, I didn’t like the ones they had in the store but once again Fadi asked me what kind of style I was looking for and he showed me a lobe and sofa couch that they didn’t have in store. I was scared to order it because I didn’t know if it will be as good as the picture. The warehouse called me on Saturday to schedule for delivery and today they called again to verify and they came in the afternoon the sofa and love seat are amazing 😍😍😍😍😍. Better so soft and bigger than how they look in the picture. The whole process from start to finish was just perfect from start to finish For both purchases. I can’t wait to purchase more...

Let me tell you about my beautiful Experience with them I found out about them 02/24/2020 my cousin referred me, mind you I'm from Pittsburgh I been waitng for my furniture from another company for 8 months, I contact funiture ville spoke to a wonder sales woman name denise, I ask her about the furniture I was currently looking for with another business they told me they had everything but the bed, then further proceeded to tell me they can deliver it too me the next day I'm apprehensive at first because of all the scams going on so afteri got over the fear of dealing with someone I never seen before I took a chance and place my order. I was holding my breath praying I dont get played and the next day or evening I should say they came to deliver the merchandise 2 great guys. Blew my mind they all about business you can find them on Facebook they are amazing 8 months of waiting from another company they got my items to me less a little over 24 hours.
