This establishment came in highly recommended by a close friend. I came into this establishment to purchase a gift. Upon entry I was told there was a father’s day sale which would make my purchase price half off. I was then taken into a private room behind a glass door. Offered a drink. Across from me was already a gentlemen seated there with a bunch of jewelry laid out of a marble table. he was in the middle of selling or doing business with this establishment. A rep came into the room and began showing me pieces of jewelry via his yellow iPhone. (Which to me was odd) I chose a Lazarus piece. The rep left for a long moment and came back with the same yellow iPhone (not the piece of jewelry) and began to show me more pieces. I chose one. His asking price for this piece was 2,000 with the half off sale. I knew that price was way over the top. I left moments later. I went over to Oscar’s pay me now and found that same piece for 1,000 with the same half off sale. I purchased it. I then go to another location not affiliated with Oscar stone and found the same exact piece I just bought for $350! I felt cheated. I returned to Oscar’s pay me now to rectify this issue. Upon arrival there was a group of men having a full blown fight inside the establishment for the same reason as mine! After a brief verbal exchange I was refunded my money. This was a learning experience for me. I will never be returning to do business here again. I informed my close friend who is the one who recommended this place and sent me here. She is in disbelief. She’s bought so many items here and is now questioning their true value smh. I hope the owner looks into this...

Read moreI wish i can give 0 stars. My fiancé purchased an engagement ring in February 2025. He purchased the ring for $1,200. I got the ring appraised at 2 different locations and was told the value of my ring was $42. Upon going to Oscar to request a refund the senior manager Veronica was very condescending. She said if i was a stranger in the street, she would buy my ring for $150 but because we are registered clients she can only offer $500. RIDICULOUS! I said i need at least $900 for my $1,200 ring. Every jeweler said my ring was not even close to 10kt worth of gold. A 14kt worth of ring as per what they sold. Veronica called her “upper manager” Fanny Mae and the most they can counteroffer was $720. $720 for a ring they quoted was worth NOTHING after selling it to me in their OWN store for $1,200 not including tax. I have 5 children. SHAME ON YOU FOR RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. I feel bad for the guy that was at the front. His name is Alexis. He was helpful and understanding and apologized. He was willing to help but his senior manager did not allow him to give any prices. STOP HIRING FEMALES FOR LOOKS AND BODY SHAPES AND ACTUALLY HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK FOR A LIVING. You are a jewelry shop not bottle club service. How yall steal money is nasty and disgusting. A ring that was FULLY paid off the same day. We should’ve known better when we first heard someone arguing with them when we first went.
PLEASE PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THE 1...
