This store is really busy but not busy enough for the cashier to mix my information up after I confirmed it. I did a instore order here (NEVER AGAIN) and never received my package. I called footlocker’s customer service and they fixed the address but where my package went I could not tell you. Store manager ONEIL went up and beyond to give me a hard time receiving a refund at this location but had no problem taking my money. Customer Service helped me very well after being on hold for over 42 minutes but when I went into the store the store manager ONEIL gave me such a hard time I was starting to think I did something wrong. He even went as far to tell me the package had to be delivered and he’s not giving no one a refund until he hears from his “peoples” himself. I spent so much time in and out of there getting no help that the workers started asking why I was still there. When I showed him the timing of the calls between customer service and myself he told me I could show him what ever I wanted to but I’m not getting no refund. I told ONEIL if he pulled up my footlocker rewards club account he will see the customer service agent approved my refund and ofcourse ONEIL told me not to tell him how to do his job. This went on forever, customer service even had to send ONEIL a personal email to the store.
Yes I was able to receive my refund after over 4 hours of dealing with the rude and obnoxious store manager ONEIL and 3 different customer service agents who were all apologetic and so kind.
((Shame on you ONEIL, your training manager should be disgusted by the way you conducted yourself)) GO shop at JIMMY JAZZ or...

Re:I went into the store knowing what I already wanted, so once there and finally able to get the attention of a salesperson, and I told him what I wanted and my size, I literally waited 45 to 50 minutes to get the sneakers I want it to try them on, I don't know why it took so long, but I was thinking about getting a second pair, but because I waited so long to get the first pair, I changed my mind and paid to leave... But before I was able to pay, I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes... There was a lady who came for an exchange and everyone who worked at the store it seemed had to attend to this lady. There are to cash registers and I was behind two other people so I don't understand why everyone needed to attend to this one lady. I probably would have waited a lot longer if I had not approached I guess was the manager or whoever that person was work there about why is everyone sending to this lady you have people online ready to pay I want to go take care of other business in their lives. That's when, someone behind the counter started taking care of (us), the other customers... Not good customer service, there's no reason why people should have to wait so long for service and waiting longer to pay and check...
Read moreAs always the merchandise was great. But the staff at the fordham road store need customer service classes. I intended to buy a lot more than two t shirts and the following happened. I was looking for outfits to take on vac. to Florida. Staff was following me for almost forty minutes. I didn't notice at first because I was to focused on matching my outfits with my sneakers. It became so ridiculous a staff member asked if she could take the two t shirts to the register for me, finally I realized they were actually following me because I was carrying a Ed hardy shoulder bag. The last insult was the cashier acting as if she didn't want to be bothered ringing up the purchase. Who ever is the owner of that particular footlocker should seriously look into transferring some of that staff. I don't usually spend a lot on clothing but this is one sneakerhead they don't have to worry about...
