I did not know that a beach existed in NYC until I accidentally found it from the 8th floor of Whitney Museum. Once I shockingly found out its existence, I had to see it from up close.
The property is beautifully maintained and is being monitored by security staffs. There are plenty of seating areas, shaded, throughout the park. People are โsun-tanningโ in the lawn area and in the sand area. The vibe is stunning. The night view overlooking the downtown area must be magnificent. I am coming back during sunset/evening...
