Gorgeous Nail — Attraction in New York

Horrible customer service. Limited selections. When you walk in you're barely if at all greeted by mumbling "what do you want?" You wait for an undetermined amount of time, often very long waits. They are good technicians but the finish is often rushed and not always what you want. I've been a few times with my teenage daughter for the convenience but this past time was my last time. I put aside that every time I've been they have a problem with customer service. Spraying bug spray closing the doors telling customers off ect.. but the last time was my last time. I described a design to the rude male tech I usually avoid, when I told him I didn't like it politely, he jumped up, nails half painted, from the table and went to the basement. Totally dramatic and unnecessary. I'm tired of businesses like these in neighborhoods they don't want to be in. I will not be spending my money here anymore. I always go here and always suggest this place and when I come I come with three or more people. Recently I went to get my feet done and I had the worst experience ever 😡 !! I have pictures to prove it also recordings of how I was talked to after the owner possibly misunderstood me . I had no problem paying even after I was laughed at and it was clearly a bad job on my feet . I didn't want to pay for acrylic because my nail were cut in half and he took it as I didn't wanna pay for everything and told me don't come back and went and sat to say people come get pedicures but don't want to pay . Which was a lie I had no trouble paying just didn't want the suggested acrylic on my toes because I didn't want to be paying for a problem I didn't cause . I will not return due to there being no genuine care and nasty attitudes . I paid 60 dollars that day for me and another person because the money wasn't a problem it was one of...

They did a good job on my pedicure. The $10 manicure is what you would expect for a $10 manicure.

HOWEVER, they don’t tell you that the callous removal from your heels and bottom of your feet is an additional $5 to their $30 pedicure. And they don’t disclose that until you’re already sitting in the chair to do your pedicure. And as customer I definitely don’t like hidden fees and charges. And scrubbing your feet is part of the pedicure experience so I don’t know why that’s a separate charge on its own. Also the towels that they use to do your pedicure could definitely be updated.
