I work at JFK and my coworkers order from here often. My experience was horrible. We ordered only 2 orders. Both with shrimp fried rice. The guy on the phone repeated the order and said white rice because he assumed since I ordered general toss chicken ( which was all flour and not chicken), when I repeated twice after that both orders are with shrimp fried rice.
Lo and behold they delivered white rice. By time I got to my food and realized, they were closed ( we ordered around 930pm). So I just called a few minutes ago and the same guy gonna tell me he charged me only for white rice.. How? When I placed the order and it was for shrimp fried rices when he gave the price. Smh just own up for your mistake. It happens. What annoyed me is how he made it seem it was my fault and he didn’t charge me for it instead of apologizing and compensating me for it or something. Each time I've ordered the same dish in the past month, the food went progressively from good to worse, and continuing to lack any real flavor. I buy it for my father because he loved it the first few times, and today I learned the price of the dish in the same size (a small) went up $2 more. Bought it for him, and he HATED it. Great Dragon restaurant does not deserve the money they're taking from customers for lousy food. They need to either do better by their customers or just hand that restaurant over to someone who actually cares. customer service is terrible. The owner is a super rude oriental woman who yells at the customers when they complain about the food. They burn the chicken wings and then scream over te phone that they don't do that. When customer says they are coming back with the food to show them, they refuse to listen and say not to cone cause the food was fine and they will not prepare it again and too bad, no refund either. When taking the order in person, lady says to hurry up and is very, very rude. Has no manners at all. Don't ever order from this place. You'll be sorry...
