Edited on 12/30/22. This was my third time back. While i know this place is no frills and their work is truly 5 star...they know the human body and how to massage it for proper healing circulation and more. The skills are there. To have to tolerate my masseuse having a conversation for 90% of my 90 minutes massage was aa stressful as the stress i came to get a massage Theres a sign in the main room that asks customes to pls be quiet. I HIGHLY recommend the staff also be Quiet. Added bonus the person who worked on me was pissed about some woman before me who under tipped. Her neighbor (who spoke non stop during my massage) told me the woman didnt leave a good tip so my masseuse was upset. It *sounds* like they only get to earn tips but thats my guess. They told me the prices are so low so they expect a tip of $20 or more .... YOU CAN NOT COMPARE THE SERVICE AND SILENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF A traditional spa with this in entirety.... Her pissed off energy and ranting nonstop is why this review got dropped to 1 star from 5. It was extremely unprofessional and to talk thru a 90 percent of a 90 min massgae.... thats not gonna get you a better tip. To be Fair I said I would tip fairly so I did, but thats bc Im a person of my word....but next time if they dont deliver *some* professionalism and I have to tolerate their bad moods AND pay for it.... no I wont tip generously anymore. Based on reviews they're loosing out on customer's for 2 reasons....1) talking and 2) forceful tipping..... that even customer's like me that dont mind tipping have an awful experience. I will return to give them another chance and see if they remedied this abnoxious lack of consideration for the paying customers who do actually tip well. They might have messed it up with a good tipper bc they took out their dissatisfaction of a bad previous tipper on me. NOT ok. And frankly not smart as a biz. This was my 3rd visit. The 2nd was as good as the first so this was truly disappointing. The body work was good but not stress relieving....how can it be when there's a pissed off person doing my massage while complaining then chatting the whole service. I wish i got her name so i can warn you. āš ļø ORIGINAL REVIEW. Went in with left shoulder blade and back pain level at like a 8 out of 10... after my service it was down to a 3/4, which is really great for how bad it was. This is a NO Frills place and it shows in the fair price. Since i read reviews i was prepared for that. I did a 30 mins body work and 30 mins reflexology with Lisa. There is a language barrier so we had the front desk person translate so Lisa knew what i needed. It was 2:15 on a Tues so generally quiet, and they did speak once or twice over the walls and my service went almost the full 60 mins (short 2-3 mins not a biggie for me) and included a hot stone finish with the body work portion. Nice touch!! Would i go here for a luxurious spa experience i was to be in quiet... probably not but thats not what they offer so šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø. They have two services. Do i think being able to return here multiple times in a month bc of reasonable rates is luxurious....yeah sometimes. They charged me only what the service was and gave me all my change. (No pushiness with tip at all) I gave a tip of over 20% for a 60 service bc she was really good. I would definitely return here. Thank you!!

I came here for the first time with my friend yesterday and I love to get massages at different places. 5 star reviews I would give to a place that is the absolute best, this place was okay. If youre in pain and just need a deep tissue massage this is your place. Its not luxury and its not a fun "spa" experience at all. I would say its a mcdonalds of massage places bc its convenient, flexible hours they do what they need to, and you leave.

My massage was an hour, they spent 40 minutes on my back, approx : 5 min on left arm, 5 min on right arm, 3 min on right leg, 3 min on back leg, and 4 minutes on my head. I was laying on my stomach the whole time. Usually for full body massage I turn around and they do the front of the legs also and the front of the arms etc. Also, the women were speaking a lot with each other during the massage through the walls. At one moment she had to leave to get the hot towel and hot rocks and it took about 2 minutes (I think) because I was cold for quite some time. Usually places would have all of that in the room ready so there is no down time to exit and return back to the client. I would try other places before coming back here for it was like I said, okay and convenient for those who are in pain and need a quick massage.

one note: at luxury massage places I give a $10 to $15 tip always as my standard tip price. My friend gave $10 and the lady rolled her eyes at us for tipping like this. For a $55...

Horrible experience I’ve been waking up so early for the past four weeks and I haven’t got any rest. I have A toddler that I take care of I work all Day. I decided to treat myself with a relaxing 90 minute massage I go in lay on the bed like they asked me to. I waited for the Massage woman to come. It took her 15 minutes to come into the room then as she was giving me the Massage all I felt was pain because she was giving me a deep tissue. I told her to stop. I don’t want deep tissue. I want it to be a relaxing massage where I can fall asleep. This woman still decided to give me deep tissue. I am so so sore I told her multiple times, please softer and she kept Putting my head down into the pillow as if she’s telling me to shut up. Then all of a sudden, the two Other women that work there start screaming and their language fighting back-and-forth and they wouldn’t be quiet as I’m getting my massage. I immediately told the woman that was giving me a massage. I do not want my 90 minutes please just give it for an hour which I had five minutes left. The woman didn’t care and kept screaming at each other. It was so bad and I was so excited and looking forward to getting this Massage if you’re looking to treat yourself and relax please do...
