Joe provides excellent service! My son's phone stopped working and Joe took the time to diagnose the problem...I couldn't ask for better service! We decided to purchase a new phone from his store. It was the easiest transaction with such attentive listening to our needs. He did not try to get us to buy what he wanted to sell which is something I am repulsed by. Joe seems to know a lot about the work he does. I am so impressed by how he does business! Such a helpful person with great people skills. I've found a new place I will now go to shop for phones and if I need assistance with any malfunction of my phone. I don't know how long he's been there, but surely hope he stays in that convenient spot for when I need his service. Keep up the good work Joe! My charging Port wasn't working. They quoted me 80 flat fee on yelp. They tried to fix the port first just in case I didn't need to change the port. I needed a new port and battery. They quoted me 45 for battery before they changed it. Still didn't work with new port and battery. The head tech went above and beyond. Used a microscope and removed corrosion and part and reattached it on the motherboard. He saved it. They honored the price and saved me from getting a new phone and time. I will recommend to all my family, friends and coworkers!. They fix computers and game console as well. Meter parking out front. Honest business and friendly staff. Go fix it here! I have been in sales/customer service for over 20 years and I know the importance of the "customer experience" I am beyond grateful for the way Joe handled my situation, I needed a phone repaired and a new carrier service established. Joe worked on it relentlessly and after 3 days of effort we finally got everything sorted out. He could have said "sorry man I can not help you" Instead he was extremely patient , and supportive.
